The apartment was well located. Hated everything you need, nothing more and nothing less. Great view, if the weather hadn't been cold and rainy, we could have used the direct beach access. I can make that really nice in the skin season there. Rome is a 40-minute drive away 👌🏼

I needed a place to stay in the area for Christmas, undoubtedly out of season for Torvaianica😂. House as described, Francesco is a friendly and very helpful host, even beyond what is due. Great experience. The studio is essential and not very spacious but clean and with everything you need, dishes, stove, fridge, washing machine, TV and wifi. In summer it will definitely be a solution to recommend to those who want to enjoy the sea. In the same building there is a very well-stocked shop in front of a bar. In short. Highly recommended
