Great apartment with all the comforts, clean and well arranged. Quiet area. Recommended

Raffaele and Alessandro were very kind to offer me check-in flexibility despite it being a holiday. Check-in with Alessandro was simple and punctual; he showed me the apartment and gave me directions on how to independently manage the heating. The house is warm, cozy, clean, very comfortable as it is very spacious and also with a nice balcony. The apartment has recently been renovated and the bathrooms, kitchen and furnishings are brand new. The area is very quiet and easy to reach the center with a pleasant walk. It offers all the comforts you may need during your stay: from the washing machine to the dishwasher, dryer, air conditioners, hairdryer in both bathrooms. It was like being at home.

The place is really nice and clean and Valentina was a responsive and very friendly host. I asked for a microwave because there was none on premises and she promptly agreed to buy one. My only concern was parking availability in the close surroundings (very difficult to find a parking spot close to the apartment) and the one flight of stairs difficult to manage with a lot of bags and items to carry. I must clarify that I was there for work and needed to carry various items up and down the apartment every day going to work. Otherwise the place is very comfortable, nice and quite and very close to the main square with many good restaurants, bars and food marts in the surroundings . I would definitely recommend it for a vacation in Genzano.

This was one of the best experiences over many years of extensive traveling. We liked the wide spaces inside the attic apartment and on the huge terrace from where you can see the sea in the distance. We liked also to be able to park our car in a car pot inside the beautiful courtyard. Valentina and her family are really special. They made us feel right at home without being intrusive. We often took the train from Anzio Colonia to go to ROME and we found it very convenient.
