5 stars full and well deserved! The place is very nice, very welcoming and equipped with every comfort. Alessandro is a host who is always available and attentive to needs. I found myself staying here for a long enough time waiting to move to my new home and I have to honestly say that it couldn't have been better for me! Thank you!!

The room is warm and comfortable, with sufficient heating in winter, and the temperature is always pleasant. The whole house is equipped with mosquito screens, which can enjoy natural ventilation without worrying about mosquitoes. The details are very user-friendly. The landlord is warm and friendly, and the communication is efficient. It is a 3-minute walk to the supermarket and bus station

great hospitality, the host is very kind. The only downside: there was no toilet seat.

Ivano and Terhi were BY FAR the most welcoming, thoughtful and kind hosts we have EVER experienced on our travels. Right from the get go, Tehri welcomed us with a shuttle from the Zagorolo station and we felt right at home in the little cottage. Ivano gave us some tips on what to do and asked us to reach out if we got stuck in the rain and needed a ride or needed help with how to spend our time. The place is cosy and an easy 25m stroll to the station and supermarket. We enjoyed delightful days exploring the area and then came home to our little cottage surrounded by olives eating homemade Italian food. Ivano and Terhi went above and beyond. Their kindness was so refreshing after a few weeks of being treated like "tourists". If you are wanting to explore Rome, experience Italian hospitality and not be swallowed up by the busy streets and traffic, this is the place for you! If we ever come to Italy again, we will stay here for sure!!! thank you Ivano and Terhi for the beautiful moments ❤
