Kaya’s private guest suite was exactly as shown in the photos and exactly what I was expecting. Kaya and her family are very kind and helpful. I did not experience any problems during my stay and they responded quickly if I had any questions. Their house is in a great location in Auburn, near the historic areas and highways 80 and 49 but the house is in a more rural, woodsy area. It was quiet and peaceful and I was able to get a lot of work done. I have already reserved another stay in this suite. Thank you!

I had a wonderful, long-term stay at Justin's place. Wifi was reliable for work from home and the unit was as described with everything required for long stays. Condon Park is practically across the street and it's just a pleasant, 12 minute, fully side-walked walk to Grass Valley proper. Five stars across the board. Certainly book Justin's place if you find it available.

The guest house was clean and everything looked new. It was perfect for a couple's get away. The hosts gave clear instructions. We were very happy with the whole experience.

The property is just out of town, very easy to find. Good 5G connection with Verizon. The amenities were as described. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend ear plugs. There was nothing really noisy, just some ambient noise from nature. Everything was sparkling clean. I recommend it as a nice place to stop if you're in the area or traveling alone. Highly recommend for solo travelers.
