Holiday rentals with breakfast in Colaba

I've been to a few Airbnbs but this one stood out the most. The house is equipped with everything you need. The ac does not cool the whole room but it sufficient for the bed and the area around it. The best part was the open terrace it was really peaceful at night. I will recommend this place to a lot of people

House is great, babul and sarath were amazing. Babulal is great in cooking. House is great. Negative point is we have to watch on water and bathroom were small and bit dusty. Hall is big and clean, master bed is big and clean with lots of closet for clothes.

I had an excellent stay at Sujata Place and was pleasantly surprised after reading a few mixed reviews before booking. The house was exceptionally clean, and the check-in process was seamless and stress-free. My stay was very comfortable, and the property provided everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The area felt safe, which added to the overall positive experience. Honestly, I feel the negative reviews don’t do justice to the quality of this place—it exceeded my expectations in every way. Sashi and family are absolute people lovers. I felt so much at home and came back again to stay with them. As I am often work in Mumbai, I feel safe and at home at Sashi's place. We bonded like long time family friends. They have a lovely home with a garden and a lovely heart that is always welcoming . Thanks Sashi and Pearl.

1. Host : Reena is a wonderful person who has been most accommodating and responsive. As a host she was always quick to respond to our questions. She truly has been so supportive 2. Location : This is well located and easy to navigate to South Bombay or anywhere else . The Railway station is just a couple of minutes away . 3. The house : This flat is a jewel . You would be extremely lucky to stay here . There are three spacious bedrooms with beds to accommodate two to three adults . The kitchen is well equipped with all the basic amenities. There are three huge bathrooms . The view is mesmerising as you get an excellent view of the Arabian ocean. The furniture is ole school and extremely well preserved. The mains comes in to prepare a delicious breakfast . The security guards are so polite and friendly. This is such a great place to be in as you get to live comfortably in a homely yet relaxed environment. Thank you so much Reena for your hospitality

I would like to rate this place only because of care taker Javed , he was just one call away . even woke up at 3:30 am while checkout and brought us milk for coffee. He even requested us not to was utensils and he would do it. Plus breakfast was also included.

I had one of my best Airbnb experiences at Akanksha's, the house is beautiful and very tastefully done, the vibes are chill, it's easy to reach the metro station and airport is not very far, highly recommended

Shubham was very responsive to queries raised and did it promptly and accurately. All in all it was a good stay with the cook Jagat being of good help too

We stayed here for 2.5 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The flat is very cozy, clean, and has a great breakfast and very helpful caretakers who take good care of your needs. We felt quite at home. Check in and checkout was very easy and the host is super responsive. While the location is centrally located to get to anywhere in Mumbai, the only downfall was the neighborhood itself. It is safe but nothing really walking distance - it’s a very old and run down neighborhood. Otherwise a great stay and quick Uber ride to nice restaurants etc.

We enjoyed two wonderful weeks with good breakfast. All amenities in close proximity incl banks, shops. House is centrally located in pristine Dadar parsi colony which has lots of gardens and walking areas. Easily available transport. We thoroughly enjoyed the company of hosts and we highly recommend Rumis cosy room. Thanks Phy n jeh Australia

Okay - like. Soraya is literally one of the kindest people I've ever met (honestly probably the kindest). She was extremely helpful with every aspect of my trip - giving the history of the city, showing me some of the city (which is completely optional), making amazing home cooked food, and just being an amazing person to have thoughtful conversations with during down-time. I HIGHLY recommend staying here - it was an experience I will never forget and I'm truly happy to now call Soraya my friend. Thank you so much for everything!! Until we meet again ❤️

I had a wonderful stay at Jaideep's place. The room was incredibly clean and the water pressure and temperature was great. I had both breakfast and dinner during my stay of two nights, which I highly recommend. The staff are all very friendly and will do their best to help you out. Jaideep himself was also very friendly and if I ever find myself in India again I wouldn't have to think twice about staying here again.

Had an amazing stay at Sarita’s. Very helpful and made me feel at home. I checked in during odd hours, but they were very accommodating. Had a lovely stay. The room was spacious and the view was beautiful, loved the room! The location was very convenient and the commute from here was very easy, the view was terrific. They even have the option of home cooked food, just had to inform them like half an hour in advance. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Overall a great place to stay and enjoy, definitely consider it for your next visit!

Faheem ji's property is a proper Art Deco Building in one of the best parts of Mumbai. Among other things, the big dome on top of the tower room makes it a very unique place to stay. Despite being next to a busy street, the room is relatively quite. Faheem ji is also very responsive and an interesting person to talk to.
