Monthly Rentals in Col di Morro

I was very satisfied with this facility. The apartment offered by Cristina and her husband has a parking space in the garden, but it is also a 15' walk from Camucia Cortona station. The apartment is large and comfortable: bathroom with shower and double sinks, double bedroom, kitchenette and living room. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, and a coffee machine with pods. The house is in a quiet area and is excellently heated (independent heating). Cristina and her husband were two responsive hosts (they helped me find a mechanic for problems with my car and replaced the broken coffee machine). I really appreciated the order and cleanliness of the house: I think I could very much come back.

Stefano was a great host during our stay, extremely helpful and attentive. Her vacation home is a dip in the heart of Tuscany, it allowed us to return at slower pace and punctuated by the wonderful nature that surrounds it. The location is strategic, just minutes from Cortona and the main streets to reach Tuscany at every point. We highly recommend Stefano and his home.

The apartment is in the historic center, a few steps from Corso V. Emanuele, but in a quiet area. Cozy and well-decorated, practically new, well soundproofed (on New Year's Eve there was the concert within walking distance but it couldn't be felt). Chiara, very kind, left us everything we needed to make us feel comfortable: a courtesy set that included the basic products for the kitchen (oil, salt, coffee, snacks... detergent...); excellent tips on parking and the city's attractions in addition to the various brochures. Also great is the Ristorante Bianconiglio that you have recommended and with which you are affiliated! Thank you Chiara, if we are in the area again, we will definitely stop!
