This is, without a doubt, one of the best Airbnb stays in Italy, hosted by the best host. I have stayed in many Airbnb homes over the past 10 years, and while I have been satisfied with most of them, Francesca and her home truly deserve the highest praise. The apartment exceeded all my expectations, meeting every need with top-quality equipment and furnishings. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, closets - everything was simply perfect. Beyond that, the location is fantastic. If you were moving to Parma permanently, this is probably the first neighborhood you would consider. You are just a few minutes' walk from everything -supermarkets, the city center, restaurants...- yet the apartment remains incredibly quiet, with no noise or chaos whatsoever. Francesca, with her kindness and attentive attitude, is not only a fantastic host but also a truly wonderful person. I will be staying in Parma for a while longer, and I will always recommend Francesca’s home to any friends visiting me in Parma.

Thanks to our Host, who allowed us to spend a week in an apartment equipped with all the necessary amenities, like at home. Quiet and convenient location for getting around, nearby there are also supermarkets and a practical coin-operated laundry. He welcomed us on arrival, providing us with all the information we needed to experience the house and its surroundings. Thanks, it was a pleasure.

this was my favorite airbnb i’ve ever booked. chiara was incredibly kind and responsive and told us the history of the place and gave us several recommendations. we had even more space than we expected (two HUGE and beautiful rooms, a kitchen, breathtaking views, and so much terrace space!) and didn’t want to leave. the location is perfect because it’s by the river and only a few minutes from the center of the town, as well as just a 15 minute walk from the train station. we fell head over heels in love with this place and would come back in a heartbeat! thank you chiara! ❤️
