A cosy, welcoming and beautifully decorated cottage with every amenity you could think of and more! Nicky was a great host and her cottage is the best Airbnb we've stayed in. Stiffkey is a picturesque quiet village very close to Wells and Blakeney and the fabulous Stiffkey Stores has great coffee, cakes and homeware. We'd love to stay here again!

We were looking for a place to escape for NYE as we wanted somewhere in the country and quiet! Elaine’s annex was excellent, clean, and as described! Would recommend 😊

We’ve just got home from our 2nd stay. Once again, the house was spotlessly clean and so welcoming. There was another beautiful welcome hamper and Stephanie had been in contact to see if there was anything we needed. We love the location and it’s just such good value for what you get, near all our favourite spots in Norfolk and with the parlour and the pub just a few minutes walk away. Looking forward to coming back again next spring!

A really glorious apartment with the wow factor. Spacious rooms, beautifully furnished, smart TVs, comfortable beds. The lounge overlooks the well-kept grounds. We even tried out the tennis courts with the racquets provided. Parking is convenient behind the house. Ben was quick to respond to messages and turned on the heating for us in the evenings. Binham itself was a wonderful surprise with Binham Priory across the field (English Heritage site but free to enter) and the friendly pub next door. We especially loved the Parlour cafe in the converted barn for superb breakfasts (book a table at weekends). Well situated for all the North Norfolk towns and beaches. The perfect spot for a Norfolk getaway.
