Monthly Rentals in Cobbtown

We wanted a place to escape to not far from home as I can’t travel far right now because of medical issues. Would definitely book again and bring the kiddos next time especially once the weather is warmer so we can play in the water. We spent our 25th anniversary there and brought everything we could think of so we wouldn’t have to leave all weekend, and we still didn’t need most of it as it was already supplied. The front grassy area is perfect for seeing the night sky and some gorgeous stars. We parked our truck strategically to give more privacy from the road when using the fire-pit at night. The beds and bedding were very comfortable most importantly since I have to have back support. If I had any suggestions it would be to add a lamp in the kitchen area so you can keep the living room area darker during the evening . The pup supplies are awesome and make you feel at home with your pet as well. I’d give more than 5 stars if it would allow.

This place was absolutely perfect and exactly what my girlfriend and I needed. MK & family we’re extremely friendly and even brought over some homemade brownies for us. They made sure that we had everything that we needed throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I cannot say enough about the house. It is in a beautiful location. I was working 14 hour days seven days a week. It was so nice coming home to a house with a washer dryer, and all the amenities. I travel for work and stay 90% of times in hotels. I was so thankful to find Rhonda‘s house on Airbnb. If you’re in the area for a day or for months, I highly recommend this place. It was everything and more that was described in the ad. I would like to thank Rhonda and her husband again. They are awesome people.
