We had a great stay over Christmas. We come back here usually twice a year to visit family and friends. The ability to bring our dog is a huge plus. The place is very comfortable, clean and nicely stocked. Dale continues to update and maintain inside and out.

Excellent stay!

Great house and a great location. My friend and I were in town for the SEC championship game and this was a perfecthome base. The two primary bedrooms both had very comfortable beds. The house is right in the heart of Buckhead, but it’s a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, which felt like an oasis in the middle of Atlanta. Hope to return.

Dee’s home was very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay in spite of all the rain we had especially during the last day. It was unfortunate, due to all the rain, we had experienced some flooding inside the house. Besides the issue we had during our last night, Dee and San were wonderful and great hosts. They were both very accommodating during our stay and apologetic on the issues we had on our last night.

There are rentals that hit the mark, and then there are cozy cottages that make you want to remodel and redecorate your own home. For instance, he has not one but three magnetic cell phone charging spots in the bedroom suite. The couch and bed are so comfortable you might be hitting the furniture stores in the near future. Russ used his professional magic to create an incredibly well-appointed space that was perfect for a romantic Valentines weekend with my wife. Don’t hesitate on booking this one.

We had the most wonderful stay at this cozy Atlanta Airbnb! While the space is small, it was actually perfect for us to spend quality time together as a family. The owner was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The house was the perfect size for our family of five, and after a day of sightseeing and enjoying the city's amazing food, we were always excited to return to such a comfortable and welcoming space. Since we visit Atlanta often, we will definitely be booking this Airbnb again on our next trip! Highly recommend!

Okay, as for my first Airbnb I’m Impressed and moved by the hospitality. The quality of the home and the host are equally amazing and would stay again!

This is a great little house close to the lake for a getaway. The beach area was really quiet during our stay and is a short walk from the house. Just be warned, it is down a path with a section that is fairly steep, so may be difficult to carry all your lake gear to. The house was very clean and well stocked including a range of toys for multiple age groups which was a huge amenity. My only critique is the upstairs air conditioner (located in the master bedroom for the whole upstairs) did struggle a bit to keep up with it being hot and humid. The second bedroom was a little warm even with the box fan provided. Overall though, this was a great vacation getaway rental.

The house was in a great location. Convenient to many Atlanta attractions. Erich was quick to respond to inquiries. We appreciated the hospitality.

My partner and I wanted a valentines staycation close to home and this place was just perfect for that. You’re just within arms length of all the good restaurants and shopping. This farmhouse was so adorable and plenty spacious with so many amenities. Jack, the host, was very responsive and helpful while also giving us plenty of privacy. We enjoyed our stay so much that we didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be visiting again.

Me and my husband sold are place bought some land and buying a trailer to put on are property. We were looking for somewhere to stay that was like home tell are trailer gets built and set up .This place meet all are needs and some i would highly recommend so beautiful and peaceful. My husband loves to fish it was to cold but we will be back to visit for the fishing in the future.

I rented this place for my mom and me to stay during her visit. It is very clean and has all the necessary amenities. The cottage is located in a quiet, safe, and beautiful neighborhood. Many markets, including Publix, Kroger, Target, and Macy's, are within walking distance. Overall, it is a wonderful wonderful place, especially for elderly guests.

We loved this place! It is such a beautiful and peaceful location. Everything was perfect! The cottage is great and the property is amazing! My husband loved the fishing and I enjoyed reading on the dock. Hope to be back soon!

This was our second stay at The Carriage House and we very much consider it our home away from home. We will definitely be back and look forward to returning. Everything about The Carriage House is outstanding including the superb hospitality, the host and attention to every detail, the location …. we are thrilled to have found it all.

Marvel was an amazing host with the most stunning little cottage. He was very responsive, and accommodating, and made the entire experience worth it. If I’m ever back in Atlanta I will definitely be booking his place!
