Monthly Rentals in Coastal Cottages

The Farm Cottage, was perfect for us. We were looking for an easy break away from Dublin to explore some more of West Cork. We had our 8 month old with us and Carys set up a travel cot and made us feel very much at home. We even were down during a storm and Carys checked in on us to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend this location, next to the main road with Clonakilty so close and a quick drive to so many beautiful villages and beaches.

We had such a lovely stay in the lodge, the log fire is wonderful and Lucy had lit it for our arrival in the storm, we had everything we needed and the lodge was comfortable and private. We would definitely come again, thank you, Lucy.

We stayed here for a month and loved the single level living and quiet neighborhood. From Cork City you can either walk up the hill, take a taxi, or take a bus. We preferred the 209 bus from the city center that drops you off more or less parallel to the AirBNB, it was easier with groceries. The neighborhood felt safe and the only noise we heard were the Shandon Bells, which were charming. The outside door opens to a small courtyard with a bistro table and the front door opens to a open concept living/dining/kitchen. To your right are the bedroom with a wardrobe and window, and through another door the bathroom. We loved having a washer and a large drying rack, the shower has excellent hot water and very good pressure, and opening our windows to catch the breeze. It's a very functional space for 2 people. Trash and recycling are just outside the door and regularly picked up. Colin was super friendly and kind, always responding quickly. A+ stay!
