I can’t speak highly enough about Julia’s place. It looks exactly like the pictures (if not even nicer in person). No stone has been left unturned. Julia is proactive with communication and very responsive. Perfect spot for our winter weekend getaway. Plenty of good food and drink nearby. Felt very safe and at home. Would absolutely return and highly recommend to others.

My family and I stay at many Airbnbs/rentals every year in many different states and areas. This was definitely the best experience we’ve had in all aspects. For one, it has been extremely difficult to find a place that will accommodate our 3 smalls dogs. So we were thrilled that we were able to book this place! The place was exactly like the posting describes from the photos, amenities, cleanliness etc. It was definitely the most equipped rental I’ve ever stayed in, with plenty of towels, toiletries, kitchen items etc. The hosts were very proactive when giving instructions and tips which made finding the place and check in/check out seamless. We stayed in the winter, so it was a bummer we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor amenities, so we would definitely love to come back when it’s warmer to get that experience! Lastly, the wildlife in the area was amazing!

Visiting family in the area and needed a place to sleep but didn’t spend much time there. Nice, quiet place. Well light. Third time to stay at a property of Michael’s. He is quick to respond to questions. Clean and comfortable furniture. Well maintained. We will stay again at a property he owns if available.

David was super responsive, detailed with instructions, and even thought to ask the ages of my children to make sure his tiny house would be appropriate for our family. He was upfront that access to the lofts was very steep, but the space was overall a good fit for our family. The full kitchen had just the right equipment to prepare our meals. Overall, it beats a hotel room by far, for the same price. I would happily stay here again.

This location worked out great for a business trip. Easy in/out, great communication by the host, and a short walk to great coffee at Blackbird. India Garden is super close and an awesome dinner spot. The backyard was a nice spot to hang out, and the house was clean and organized. No complex instructions for cleaning which is always nice. Lakewood is angreat town with tons to do, and it's an easy drive to downtown Cleveland. The Metroparks are within walking distance. Pleased all around!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The kitchen was great to cook in and everything was easy to find. The backyard was wonderful for our pup, and we saw so many deer. The decor was very fitting to the home. We will definitely be back. Mark was great to work with and communicated very well.

Great place to stay, nice neighborhood. Everything was very clean & comfortable. Close to the airport which works perfect for us when we get into town late. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thanks for the clear instructions & communication prior to arrival.

Our group of 7 were able to comfortably spend some time together before going out for New Year's Eve. The house is very close to both Ohio City and Tremont attractions. Had we stayed at a hotel it would have cost way more and we would not have been able to hang out all together. The house is very old but that's the charm of it. It has so much character and has been remodeled very nicely. There were plenty of beds and the bathrooms were all very nice. The only issue we had was the TV in the kitchen did not pick up anything. We did get the one working in the living room instead so it was not a huge deal. I would recommend the house if you want to spend some time in the area. Thanks Daniel for hosting and also letting us park in the back. It made it easy to unpack things and repack them in the morning. Happy New Year!
