This was an amazing place and an amazing host. Very helpful with finding things to do and places to eat and visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Lace rooms. It was very clean and cosy with everything we needed. A great location for beaches and scenic places. Communication with the host was very good Our wee dog loved it too 😊

Best stay during our three weeks tour through northwestern Ireland. Best equipped kitchen, nice welcome, some food supplied waiting in the fridge for us. Beautiful house, partially old cottage, partially new extended rooms. Spacious rooms (three bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, two living rooms with fireplace and billiard/table tennis table). Quiet place, beautiful beach in walking distance. Surroundings with lots of possibilities for hiking tours and sightseeing. Marie was extremly helpful, very good communications. When we had a minor problem with the shower, within 15 minutes she sent us a plumber to fix it. No problem for her, when we invited our daughter with friend to join us during our stay. We can highly recommend the cottage for families or groups up to six persons.

We enjoyed a week long stay, and really have no complaints-well one, we didn’t see Bert and Ernie! Clean, comfy bed, decent kitchen, good shower, lots of hikes around, and overall beautiful scenery! Sligo is a short drive with all the shopping and restaurants you need. We would definitely stay again.
