Place was clean and nice. hostess was very nice and did a good job at promptly responding.

First, Myra was great at communicating throughout the entire process—from booking to checkout. This space is all about location: it is a block from the Coventry neighborhood. It is a very easy walk for morning coffee and all types of restaurants. The apartment had easy access and parking. We were moving our daughter into school, so the space worked perfectly for what we needed, i.e., having ample space to store boxes before the move-in date and catching a drink and dinner in downtime. I would stay here again.

Always a stellar stay here! It’s close to my company’s HQ and Bay Village is a great little area. Gretchen always communicates well, and has great recommendations for local restaurants. Always clean and comfortable. It was cold and snowy on this recent visit, but the heated bathroom floors and gas fireplace kept things cozy!

we had a wonderful stay at Steve and Amanda's place! The house is not visible from the street but the instructions from the owners were clear and precise. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts are very responsive and checked in on us after a day of stay. Highly recommend!

The place was very nice and clean. Jose was very prompt with his responses. Their was an issue with heat and he was will to personally come to fix it. He was very nice and I enjoyed my stay very much.

This apartment was great for our purposes. It was a convenient location for visiting family and friends and a quick drive downtown. The amenities were much appreciated and made cooking at the unit very easy. We would love to stay again when we are in the area again

Right downtown and right above Starbucks. That is the good and the bad. In the morning it was great just to order my coffee and go down and pick it up. This bad was that the patrons started coming early and you could hear the very muffled sound of the door opening and closing. On a temporary note, the bridge over the falls is being replaced and that is happening right outside. However, it is temporary and they were not working early in the morning so it did not impact us at all. As someone who spent 15 years living in Chagrin, we loved being right downtown for the Christmas week. Very Magical.

Clear and easy instructions to find and get into the place. It was super clean, comfortable, and nice amenities. Great location with several restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay.

The place was really great and clean. You can find everything you need in the unit. It’s close to Cleveland Clinic, just a 16-minute walk. The area is safe and near all services, and there are parking spots available. The host was helpful and answered all questions at any time. I really enjoyed my stay and I will recommend it for everyone.

The apartment was great! It was a beautiful mid-century modern aesthetic, just our style! Very spacious and easy to stay in. Our host was very friendly and flexible also. I would recommend this to anyone, and will likely choose this place in the future.

We made the request to stay here very last minute and Hassan allowed us to stay! He was very quick to answer! We got the place to ourselves and the hot tub was very private. It was very clean and they even provided some snacks and drinks. I loved the record player and the games! We didn’t get the chance to try out the sauna but the massage chair was fantastic!

The house was fully stocked with all the important essentials! The host had everything my family and I had possibly forgotten and then some! Beds were comfortable and clean. The sauna and hot tub were a huge bonus in our trip. We have all talked about how we loved the house to our friends and would definitely recommend!
