Monthly Rentals in Clearwater Township

My family and I stayed here for a winter getaway. The house is cute and close to everything that Torch Lake offers - it's about a block from the lake and walking distance from "downtown" Alden. Brandi was very responsive and accommodating, and the house was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. I'd definitely recommend this for anyone coming to the area.

The woods and river on the property were absolutely beautiful in the snow. Lots of firs and cedars that caught the snow. I wasn’t sure how close the nearest neighbor would be and how private the cabin would feel but the trees and gentle slope provided perfect privacy even in winter. The cabin is situated ever so slightly downslope from the road, offering privacy there too. The photos of the cabin and view don’t do it justice—such a lovely home with big beautiful windows, kitchen things, and bathroom essentials. The well water is super good too—fresh and clear, no taste! I loved that it felt like we were deep in the woods without having to actually rough it. The cabin size and style was just right to feel cozy, well-appointed, and comfortably at-home (not one of those crazy lakeside mansions, which some may love, but I do not ;). It was also nice to find a place where dogs were welcome without getting slammed with pet fees and big restrictions. Wonderful getaway! :D

We had a great stay at Chip’s place! The location was perfect, a peaceful neighborhood close to Alden and Torch Lake. The home was cozy and my boys especially loved the basement full of games. We’d love to stay here again when we are back in the area.
