Waterfront holiday rentals in City of Winchester

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome by our lovely hosts.. The location is fantastic with good restaurants, an incredible harbour and miles of white sandy beach within walking distance. The novelty of staying on Sandbanks added a unique interest .. we loved it 😊.. Thank you Madeleine, Michelle and Nick for your warm hospitality 😊 x

We loved our short break staying at this fabulous Airbnb, Seascape. The hosts were very welcoming. Their apartment was just perfect - spacious, homely, quiet and in a great walkable location with the most amazing views of the Solent whilst sitting in the kitchen having breakfast! One of the nicest we have stayed in on the IOW. We look forward to a return visit to Seascape - thank you, Beth & Scott

David and Mandy's place was peaceful, quiet and clean - just what we needed. The parking was very close, Co-op store was down the street, good food just down the steps to the beach. Sheets smelled fresh, beds comfy and the view from the patio was serene. And the bonus discount on the ferry was great! We hope to come back soon.

Perfect stay!!! The hosts were super friendly and responsive and exceeded our expectations. The apartment is absolutely beautiful with beautiful sea views from the main living area and bedrooms. The bedrooms are a good size with comfortable beds and large en-suite bathrooms. The location is great as it is steps to the beach and green spaces. We highly recommend this place and would not hesitate to return.

Tides is an absolutely beautiful apartment with a stunning balcony that has the best sea views! It was spotlessly clean with lots of little touches that made it feel very homely! Debbie was the absolute perfect host who was extremely helpful & friendly, & responded extremely quickly to my communications. Thank you Debbie we had a truly fantastic stay!

I booked this flat for some relatives to stay for 2 nights between Christmas and NY. They very much enjoyed this short break by the seaside. Located just 100 yards from the sea front in East Wittering. Karen’s communication was excellent. It is a fairly compact flat for 6, but is very nicely organised and decorated. Very happy. Stunning seaside location with direct access to shingle beach. A perfect place to stay any time of year.

One of the best AirB&Bs we have been to. Walking in, on a cold day, to a lovely warm house, with a fresh smelling candle, and flowers. What more could you want. There were so many lovely treats left at the property together with essentials, like milk and breakfast goodies. Good quality toiletry items also available to use. Lovely location near to canal path. Easy walk both into Chichester and along to Marina. Would certainly book again.

We have a local beach hut and are familiar with Lutrell’s Tower at Eaglehurst ; it was wonderful to stay there and experience the superb views and the renovated cottage at Seaview. It felt like special access to local history dating back to the 17th Century and the smugglers across the Solent. The facilities at Seaview are excellent. Walking into the huge walled garden, and then along the beach were highlights.

Corrine’s cottage is in an excellent location, very easy to get to the high street which has loads of lovely restaurants, bars and shops. Inside the cottage it’s super lovely, comfy and clean. Hard to fault to be honest, we’ll definitely be choosing the same location if it’s available next time we go.

Lovely little place in an ideal location. Beautiful decoration & appliances. Gorgeous little terrace/decking. Excellent communication with host. Nice & clean. Very comfortable bed. Sofa would benefit from a throw or cover as it looks a bit tired, but is also v comfy.

Carl is super helpful and proactive as a host. Right from the time of booking he sent clear instructions and made it easy to find and stay at his beautiful annex. The stay was wonderful, the rooms are spotless and very comfortable. We would love to return again

Solent View is a large, comfortable house and is exactly what you see in the description. Plenty of room for 6 of us, a nice 10 minute walk into Lee along the sea when it is fine and books and games to entertain if it is wet. Portsmouth attractions also on tap via a pleasant foot ferry from Gosport, 10 mins drive away. Overall, a really good lication for a family stay and Mark and Lesley were attentive and caring hosts. Recommend.

Just perfect. Very clean and quiet. Loved the layout, slightly quirky but in a really good way. Visiting family close by so it was ideal for us. I look forward to staying here again in the future. We met Mark on the day we arrived, very friendly and approachable. Thank you for letting us stay at the old boatyard.

Location is fantastic, close to bus, great little Co-op, Nick very responsive and patient with us. It's a very secure and safe flat. Found a perfect pub, The Florence for a smash-up Sunday dinner, it's on Florence street. The flat was very roomy, well kitted kitchen which we didn't use because we ate out. The view of the ocean was better than watching tv. We came during a stormy week and had a wonderful time. This is a good spot to do daytrips to Chichester and Winchester and of course Portsmouth is full of things to see even in a rainstorm. A fantastic stay.

Spacious apartment which had everything we needed with great views over the river, easy access and parking, close to the town centre. we didn't need to contact Ted over our stay as we had no issues, highly recommended location and accommodation. Jim & Nikki

Absolutley fabulous from start to Finish! location could not have been any better, Apartment was perfect, immaculate, every facility you could want, Nespresso coffee machine, wonderful for our morning coffee and croissants before venturing out! Heating was very easy to use, with the Nest thermostate, bed so comfy! 10/10 the whole way. Our host Jules, was the most helpful Air B&B host ever, nothing was too much trouble for her, every question answered almost immediately, so much valuable help and advice.The parking permit was such a help, and welcome basket was a lovely touch. Do not hesitate to book this perfect apartment, you wont find anything nicer! Best time we could have wished for.

I never actually got to stay in Andreas place this time as I had a small work issue that delayed my arrival :-(. With that being said I have stayed here many times and always had an amazing stay. I will definitely be back.

This is such a stunning apartment, so spacious and light. The beds are all very comfortable and my son loved the triple bed bunk! Tara is great at communication, always quick to respond and really friendly. And the location is spot on! Thank you for a great stay!

We had a great time in Chris's apartment. It is next to the beach so the view was amazing. And the amenities were top class. Heating, shower and rest of the things were good too. Parking included. And top of those, Chris was always there to answer all of our questions.
