An amazing house with a fantastic management team! My family and I were thrilled to find this beautiful place in Perth. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we loved the abundance of natural light, the fully equipped kitchen, and the great amenities. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We loved our stay here! The location was fantastic, right near the beach which was within a comfortable walking distance and so were shops, cafes, bars etc. It’s in a peaceful residential neighborhood but offers complete privacy! The house was clean, comfortable, homely and was very well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was a godsend to use in the heat of summer! There was just the one bathroom but there were additionally two outside showers. Tania was very helpful, friendly and responsive to any of our questions. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend a stay here to anyone else! Thanks Tania.

We had two wonderful weeks at Kobie's house in Perth. We were 7 people and we had a lot of space in the house. The pool was the highlight in the house. The house is located in a small quiet residential area, 1 km away are very good shopping and we had fresh bread every morning. On foot you could also visit some good restaurants, the location of the house was great for us. The landlords were very friendly and the communication with them was very pleasant. Great location, close to the airport and well connected to the rest of Perth. Being so close to a big shopping centre (2 mins by car) was a huge plus. The pool also being salt based instead of chlorine was really fantastic as well. House was well stocked and appointed and Alan was a wonderful host. Highly recommend,

Beautiful Airbnb in a quiet suburb. Great for kids as there is plenty of room, pool, jungle gym and trampoline its an absolute game changer. House itself is incredible with modern design, comfortable and clean. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at David's place! The location is truly unbeatable, just 300 meters from the beach. It's incredibly convenient, with easy access to shops for daily necessities. The area is filled with great restaurants by the sea, and I highly recommend visiting them before sunset for a magical experience. During our stay, the dishwasher unfortunately broke down. However, David's team responded promptly and provided outstanding assistance. Their quick and positive reaction really impressed us. The beddings and towels were comfortable. David's team even prepared toiletries and cleaning supplies, and everything was exactly as described. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone. Once again, thank you so much for your care. Thank you Ryan for a great stay. We loved the pool and the huge TV! Lots of space and well equiped kitchen to cook for yourself. Air con in the bedrooms was great for January nights. Black out blinds were great to allow kids to sleep! Easy trip into town. Would love to stay again. Thanks.

The house is beautiful and well-located, just a 15 minutes walk from the nearest street with stores and restaurants. The host provided excellent service, responding quickly and accommodating all of our queries and requests. When we arrived, the house hadn't been prepared as expected as the cleaners forgot to clean this place, but the host immediately offered a prompt solution and resolved the issue. We also experienced some trouble with the WIFI but they came down and fixed it right away. Overall, we had a great stay and appreciated the hosts' attentiveness!

We had a great stay at this property. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans for cooking up a feast. It’s in a great location while still being private and homely. We would recommend and look to book this property on our next visit to Perth.

A Wonderful Stay in a Stylish 20th-Century Modern Home We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully designed 20th-century modern house. The space was perfect for our group of three, offering both comfort and style. The house had a lovely, welcoming atmosphere with well-thought-out interiors that made us feel right at home. The location was ideal—close enough to everything we needed, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. The layout was spacious, with plenty of room to move around without feeling cramped. Every detail was carefully considered, making our stay both enjoyable and hassle-free. Additionally they have gone over and above to make sure you’ve got all the information from check-in to check-out. Thank you so much, will definitely be back and recommend this property to anyone.

Visited perth for fringe. Amazing location. Air conditioning worked a treat (whole house). Very clean and comfortable. Secure parking was a bonus. Really easy check-in (allowed us to check-in early) which was appreciated. Would stay again.

The location was hard to beat in a quiet suburb and the place was extremely well maintained. It made for a very pleasant and restful stay. If we ever visit Perth again, we will only stay here.

Could not have asked for a better hostess. Lyn is friendly and approachable and nothing is too much bother. She met us personally when we arrived and explained everything. Lyn also very kindly supplied some groceries to ensure we could have breakfast and hot drinks without the need to rush to the shops. The house is perfectly situated for accessing the area. A few minutes walk to the Concourse for buses and access to the shoreline for walks both south and north of the river. We stayed for five weeks and felt really at home. We cant recommend Lyn’s place any higher, its was immaculate, and will certainly be looking to rebook on our next visit. Absolutely perfect . Came home with the feeling we’d made a new friend in Lyn

I've stayed at a lot of Airbnbs but I think this is the first one where I've already made plans to come back and stay when I'm back in Perth! We're so stoked to have found this little gem near the river - we didn't need to use the car to get breakfast or go explore since everything was so close. We had every amenity needed for our stay for the two of us. We were stoked to have a pool as well, however didn't end up using it just as time got us good with relaxing in the aircon during Perth's heat. Highly recommend everything about this place!

Perfect location, super close to all the best bits of Perth while also feeling peaceful and safe. A well equipped little house with plenty of character, excellent value, and very responsive hosts.
