Holiday houses in City of Perth

Perfect place to stay to explore Perth. We loved staying here. The house is in a very quiet, safe neighbourhood. We could walk into the city centre in less than 10 minutes, where there are plenty of shops , restaurants and bars. Northbridge is a vibrant area with lots of independent shops and coffee shops and restaurants. The house itself is perfectly situated with a lovely park area opposite and beautiful Hyde Park is a short walk away. Definitely recommend Parkside Coffee , 1 minute walk away and Chu , good and coffee nearer to Hyde park. Boo Too , one street away is good for freshly made pizzas. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed staying at the house and the outside area is a little oasis to sit out in. Everything was as described in the listing and communication was excellent.

Had a great time with my parents at Lyda’s place! Location was central but quiet and getting around was easy~ communication with Lyda and her team was also seamless, they were responsive at all times if we needed anything. Loved the stay and would definitely come back if I return to Perth (:

Jordan’s place was honestly a dream apartment for me and my girlfriend. The view was amazing, gazing out at Perth’s skyscrapers and night lights. The huge island in the kitchen made cooking much easier and fun. Jordan also came by to give us extra pods for laundry. Would return if we ever visit Perth again

We had a fantastic stay at Lyda’s place. The house was perfect, great for kids with plenty of toys and space to play outside. Excellent location in Subiaco with everything on your doorstep. We had beautiful beach weather all week - cracking holiday in a great spot

We got car rental to drive around, so is not a problem for us to stay in this quiet neighbourhood. There is a Sunday morning market in this neighbourhood also. Staying in this area, make me feel like a local.

We had a fabulous stay at Lyda’s property. Great location, close to the city, Kings Park and the freeways. Lyda’s instructions were very clear. Lovely setting decor. Projector tv in the main bedroom was a treat for a family movie night. Lovely welcome gift. Well equipped kitchen with all the basics to cook a meal at home. Everything was really clean when we arrived. Little touches like the kids games were appreciated. Great value for money! Would definitely stay again.

The house was beautiful, clean and the hosts were outstanding The balcony was top notch. The metro was close by so you can get around easily Plenty of restaurants in the area I would definitely recommend staying here Thank you so much for having us!
