Excellent experience with Zoran from the outset. Excellent and prompt communication. Place was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent WiFi. Extremely convenient to Convention center. Comfortable bed. A request for early check in was accommodated. Instructions for getting into the building were perfect, and it was quite simple. Very simple and reasonable requests for the guest to adhere to. Would absolutely rent from him again.

Very comfortable for a couple's trip. I really liked that the kitchen is equipped. The bathroom had towels, shampoo and conditioner. Super recommend! The only “bad” thing is the bad smell in the hallway of the building.

Wonderful Host, Wonderful Unit, Wonderful Location! The host was very kind and helpful from the moment we booked through our entire stay, she really cares about the guest experience. The unit is just like the pictures and we found it to be very light and airy with lovely tile throughout. Very nice view from the window from sunrise in the morning to counting cruise ships departing in the evening. The kitchen is modern and has everything you need. The host has included many items that shows that she cares about you having what you need to enjoy your stay. Great walk-in closet with more than ample storage and nice bathroom. The building is in my opinion, the best location in South Beach. The pool area is expansive and the pool is great if you do laps, or just lounge. A few steps away is the fantastic beach front path always being enjoyed by walkers, runners and cyclists. You will feel part of this exclusive area! The beach is right in front of you. Highly recommend this host and unit!
