Real Himachal begins as you leave the city of Shimla behind. Fagu near Kufri is one of my favorite places. This property a great place to unwind and also explore the region. We arrived late with family in the evening in a sedan but the property was easy and safe to reach . It's just off the Shimla - Narkanda highway - undoubtedly the best and the most scenic road of Shimla district. The friendly staff helped the family with the luggage and check-in. The rooms were nice and spacious with a proper super comfy bed and super cozy duvet. Its very much a family run property and not leased out to operators. Great attention has been paid to small details - framed photos, vintage maps, plants, coffee table books etc. One of the highlights was a private bonfire with a glass of wine in the forest. It is a perfect blend of real luxury and nature. The property hands-down beats the so-called four and five star hotels of Shimla. We are definitely coming back again!

Luxurious beautiful spacious and extremely well maintained property with great natural views. The rooms and common areas are beautiful, warm and comfortable. Food is homely & amazing. Staff is very sweet & efficient. Saurav is like the bride’s brother hosting the bridegroom’s family. We are taking back lovely memories thanks to Saurav & his team and the amazing property.

Ashutosh and his family are exceptional hosts who are always available to assist you and ensure your comfort. The property is accurately described, beautiful, and impeccably clean. However, there are a couple of considerations to keep in mind: Firstly, be cautious of monkeys; avoid leaving any food items on the balcony or keeping windows open. Secondly, there was a temporary water shortage on the day we arrived, but Ashutosh went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Despite the challenges due to water scarcity in Shimla, he arranged for a tanker promptly and personally oversaw the situation until it was resolved. It's important to note that water shortages are a recurring issue in the area, occurring every three days due to local water supply schedules, which is beyond the host's control and should be addressed by the local authorities promptly. Despite these minor issues, I highly recommend this property due to its quality and the exceptional hospitality of the hosts.

Meenaskhi is a great host, very responsive and helpful. We were here for a week and if you are looking at a place which is peacefull and quaint, this fits the bill. It's nestled between mountains, there is a beautiful stream you can chill at and the jacuzzi is a must try. The staff is very well trained and will ensure that you are at home. The place itself is clean and has a gorgeous view.

I had an amazing experience staying at this Bnb. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was right at home. Anita is simply incredible—her passion for life is contagious, and her warmth made my stay unforgettable. Her spirit can't be captured in words, but it was felt in every little detail.The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas—cozy and festive, with cute decorations all around. What really stood out was the personal touch: She invited me to join her family for a New Year’s dinner, and the meal was delicious. It was one of those meals you just can’t forget! She also took the time to show me some local hangouts which were beyond picturesque. The peace and quiet of the mountains created the perfect backdrop for some much-needed relaxation.This homestay may not officially be listed under Airbnb Luxury, but for me, it was the epitome of luxury-nestled in the beauty of nature, with a host who truly cares. It left a lasting impression on my heart, and I can’t recommend it enough

If you want to spend a few nights in the arms of nature and loved ones, go for this place. Right from the smooth and effortless check-in and Rahul's amazing and cheerful service to the host's (Ajay) mom's home-cooked food and pristine location, everything was spot-on. Although the host was away for work throughout the duration of our stay, he proactively stayed in touch with us to ensure we were enjoying our stay. The location is surrounded by their apple orchards. Even if we stayed here during autumn and couldn't witness the blooming trees, the location didn't fail to amaze us. The hot tub outside your cottage is a cherry on the cake—clean, romantic, and soothing. Pro tip: 1. Try aunty ji's ghee siddu and aloo parathe. 2. Try to book the place in July to witness the beauty of the apple orchards.

Can't say enough about the location, the surroundings, the villa, the ambience, the staff and the food! Absolutely stunning. Never thought I'd get to experience a wooden cottage in the middle of the forest right here in India. It has that cozy feeling, which is why we never left the property during our 2 night/2 day stay. All our needs were well taken care off even though you're a bit cut off from civilisation (which is a good thing!) and it is a bit of a trek down and up to the parking but totally worth it.

A Perfect Escape to Nature! If you're looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature, it is the perfect destination. The food was absolutely delicious. A special shoutout to vipul and Sanjana the host both are a gem of a person, super sweet and accommodating. they are always willing to help with anything, anytime,helped me a lot for our anniversary celebration.warm atmosphere here makes you feel right at home. The property is exactly as it appears in the photos infact i must say the its more better when you visit and see it in real .What we loved most was the absence of commercialization around the area, which makes it a true escape from the chaos of city life. it's the perfect blend of peace and romantic place.Privacy was never an issue, and the peaceful surroundings allowed for total relaxation. Overall, it was my best experience ever till now in my life with the hosts and the stay aswell and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a serene and genuine escape into nature
