Julien was a great host! I stayed in his apartment for 3 weeks for work and it was a great authentic Parisian experience. His apartment was located on the 3rd floor (no elevator, which is typical in Paris) in a nice and quiet street with all the conveniences you would need nearby (metro lines, restaurants, groceries stores, bank, attractions, etc.). Julien provided lots of great local recommendations and was able to meet up with me to see how I was doing mid way through my trip. He typically likes to great his guests upon arrival, but since he was out of town one of his friends was able to meet me to check-in. It was a seamless process and the check-in time was flexible. The apartment had everything I needed for my stay and was pristine when I arrived. It was interesting to hear from him about all the upgrades and renovations that he did to the apartment to modernize it. It was a very comfortable stay in a great location. I would recommend Julien's place to anyone staying in Paris!

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and cozy, clean and tidy, designed in a Parisian style with a lot of character, equipped with everything you need for maximum comfort - fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, dining area, living room with large windows and a cozy terrace, overlooking the street. The neighborhood is calm and comfortable, with several restaurants and a supermarket just across the street. In addition, there is a metro שמג נוד stations nearby. Jean Fabrice was available, but also left recommendations for restaurants in the vicinity. In conclusion, a perfect experience! We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Paris with a real homely feel.

This apartment is literally steps from the Eiffel Tower. First floor flat at the back of a private courtyard. There was always an UBER right out front as there are 10 cafes/restaurants within 50 yards and all were excellent. It was a short walk to the Metros. We were all over Paris for the Olympics and while navigating the massive security added some time to a few of our travels, we felt very safe in the neighborhood. Melissa was a sensational host (we added an extra night to our reservation at the last minute) and accommodated our late check-out so we could enjoy an “extra” day in Paris without lugging our bags everywhere. If I return to Paris, this will be at the top of my list when searching for a place to call home.

The location of this apartment is in the best part of the Marais. Lot's of restaurants and shopping very nearby and a walkable to most everything we wanted to visit. The size was just right for 2 adults. My son found the pull-out sofa bed comfortable. The area is mostly quiet at night so sleeping was never a problem. Pascal was great to accomodate our early arrival by letting us drop our luggage off while they finished cleaning from the previous guest. Pascal is thoughtful in what is provided in the apartment, which made our stay very comfortable for our 5 night stay. If stairs are not a problem for you, I highly recommend this apartment and I would gladly book here again for our next trip.

Apartamento impeccable and very well located, it has everything you need to spend a comfortable stay and with easy access to transportation. Sonia's attention and communication is excellent.

This apartment was just perfect for me and my teenagers. We each had our own bedrooms, which is a luxury in Paris. Having two full bathrooms was also a bonus and really helped us get out the door faster in the morning. Joel was very responsive and answered my messages and questions quickly. It was a great experience to stay here and I recommend it.

I have stayed at Monica's place several times, and highly recommend it. I remember being a bit nervous the first time, but any concerns I may have had went away when I was welcomed by the host, Juliana. The place is exactly as described - spacious, clean, and very well decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the king size bed super comfortable. The apt location is the best for shopping, dining, and visiting museums. You have easy access to public transportation and Uber, but you can walk pretty much everywhere from there and enjoy the beautiful surroundings (it's a safe neighborhood). Juliana is professional and responsive, and I trust that she is only a phone call away in case I have questions or an emergency arises. Monica's place has become my home away home and I look forward to my next visit.

A simply beautiful place in every way. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only thing missing was a working stove (unless I just didn’t understand it) and anything to cook with like pans. Otherwise magnificent.

Anne-Laure was a wonderful host! She honestly became a friend during my stay. Stunning and clean place, that truly felt like a home. Whenever I had any questions, Anne-Laure was there to respond! She was so accommodating and covered all bases of my stay. She even found alternative stay for her cat because I’m allergic 🥲. I can’t wait to stay again and would urge everyone to as well!
