Apartment holiday rentals in Val-de-Marne

This apartment feels like an oasis on a quiet street. It's in a great location with easy metro access and walkability. Thibaut was gracious and accommodating. We loved our stay!

Perfect location in Paris between metro lines and bus stations, Convenient market near to purchase supplies needed during the week. This unit is on the 3rd floor and there are stairs there is an elevator for luggage or bags. You will hear street noise at night till about 1-2 am if your a light sleeper this will affect you. Owners clothes and belongings are left in the flat. Not enough towels or wash clothes left for more than 2 people had to wash every other day. No toiletries left other than owners personal toiletries. More toilet paper and toiletries would have been a nice touch , 1 roll for 7 days isn’t enough. A nice flat , centrally located , cleanish and incredible views!

Small apartment, but as described. Thomas's advice was very helpful and he is incredibly responsive, even at very late hours.

The apartment is in a great location. It’s easily walkable to nice shops and restaurants, and about a 25 min walk to the Notre Dame. We are a family of 4 with two young girls and it was perfect for what we needed.

Best of locations to be found in Paris. Walkable to the Lourve , Notre Dame, Luxembourg Gardens, etc. The neighborhood has countless restaurants, cafes, and shops; easy metro and taxi stand. Stephanie's place was very clean and adequately furnished and supplied. Stephanie's was great in quickly responding to any questions. It's a great value, we were comfortable and greatly enjoyed our week-long stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Herve s place. It was like staying at a friend’s apartment. It has many different rooms and it’s really helpful to be able to spread out when you’re traveling. Loved the outdoor market right outside, just perfect. Staying there made you feel like a local. Just love Paris. We walked everywhere. Herve was so helpful and helped us to plan our trip to Champagne area and was just a good friend helping us with transportation needs. Metro station right outside the door as well as a taxi stand and bus stop. He’s a very hands-on host and we really appreciated that.

Very nice apartment, well equipped, clean, quiet and equipped with good bedding. Quick access to transportation (Place de la Nation), Metro Avron, Alexandre Dumas and amenities. Very good communication with hosts, whom we thank. I would highly recommend this property.

John's apartment was perfect. You could not ask for a better place to stay in Paris in terms of access to everything and walkability. In addition to having flexibility with a kitchen, John's apartment also has every modern amenity. I highly recommend.

Fantastic apartment. Clean, comfortable, great location, amenities, price and hosts all were great. I would recommend to anyone staying in 5th arr of Paris.

Claire was really friendly and helped us with our travels by recommending a very useful transport app. She also amended our breakfast order with no fuss. In general, Claire is a responsive and proactive host! The apartment is just as described, the hot tub in the terrace is a great addition too! The location is ideal, only a few minutes walk from the local station, Porte d'Orléans. Would definitely recommend :)

House is slightly far away from important tourist places but near to the metro station, making it very easy to go anywhere. Locality is peaceful and there are nice restaurants within walking distance The apartment itself is beautiful, loaded with all amenities and worth the price paid mehdii is very responsive and clearly communicated in advance, no trouble whatsoever we enjoyed our stay

This is the third time I've been here and everything went well again. Going down station Barbara makes things easier. Very pretty tree street in bloom. Quite peaceful neighborhood. Certainly the stairs are noisy but we are warned in advance and the neighbors do not abuse it. I enjoyed having two pillows instead of one. Only downside to rigor: it would require thicker curtains because they let the light through a little too much, but it's not that serious...

We have already fallen in love with Bruno's apartment at the listing: a great apartment, super nice style mix between modern and collectibles, equivalent bedrooms, comfortable beds, light and airy: according to our taste. Bruno personally welcomed us and the communication was great! The neighborhood is quiet and charming, the metro and bus connections are great. We highly recommend Bruno's apartment and will be happy to come back :)

The Depto is comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. The jacuzzi didn't work. The area is very nice and quiet but it is better than the main points of Paris.

We had a pleasant stay. The accommodation is quiet, well decorated and matches the photos! It has everything you need to relax. A big thank you to Karine and Julien who are very responsive and welcoming! I would definitely recommend this listing for a relaxing time.

Neighborhood was spectacular. Felt like home. Apartment was charming, immaculate & cozy. Beds were super comfortable. Our flight arrived early AM. We really appreciated Xavier letting us leave our bags inside. The restaurant recommendations were terrific. We also had dinner at a few in neighborhood. Le Train is a must! We loved our stay. Note to self: Do not pack heavy. It's 76 steps on a spiral staircase. Can't wait to return!

This is my second time coming and I'm still so excited I would recommend it 100%
