Monthly Rentals in Chioggia

Alice's apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Chioggia, nested between two canals. The apartment is beautiful, modern, well-equipped and quiet. For those who come to Chioggia by car, the Park Unione is nearby and affordable (€10 a night in December). Meanwhile, bus #80 takes you to Venice from Rua Niccaria in Chioggia in 65 minutes for €14 round trip. The last bus back to Chioggia is late in the night, making it convenient for a day trip. As to Alice, she is super responsive and available. She gave us great advice on where to eat, shop, and sightsee. Thank you very much, Alice, for a delightful stay.

We had a pleasant stay in this fully equipped accommodation. It is spacious, bright, very well arranged, very nice kitchen . We slept on a good bedding. The building is fully secured and with private garage. Very nice welcome upon arrival. Check-out is very simple. Very easy to find and the host was waiting for us in front of the entrance. Everything is close by, restaurants, shops, and a great beach 500m away. There are many places to visit in the area. A real happiness . Recommended +++++

The apartment is in a good location. Everything is available nearby. The hostess is responsive and the apartment is clean. It should be noted that the kitchen is very small. The apartment is on the 3 floor and must climb a narrow staircase to climb. It wasn't a problem for us, but for older people it might be too difficult. In the kids room, getting to is through the master bedroom and there is a sliding door everywhere. We also did not build a kettle to boil tea with. But overall, the apartment is clean and nice.

We enjoyed our stay at Nicola's place. The apartment was really comfortable (good bedding in particular) and, contrary to what we had read in other reviews, really very quiet at any time of day (it may be a matter of season). It is really well located as it is at one end of the main canal (and right across from a delicious pizzeria that makes takeout pizzas) and it is nice to see the canal from all the windows of the house. Nicola was a perfect host, even if we are not seen in person, and responded very quickly to all requests. We will be back with pleasure if we return to Chioggia.
