Monthly Rentals in Chilhowee Mountain

This was our second time staying at Little River Guesthouse. As soon as we arrived, we felt right at home. We were greeted with a small box of Christmas cookies, which was such a sweet gesture as we were visiting extended family for the holidays. The house was such a warm and cozy place to retreat back to after a long day of activities. Janie is a wonderful host, and is always so kind and responsive. This has become one of our favorite places to stay!

The A-frame was absolutely perfect for our peaceful weekend of hiking and relaxing during the holidays. The house was beautifully decorated for the holidays which was just icing on the cake. I can’t imagine a better experience and easier process. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Gloria's place was perfect for our trip to Walland for a big family Thanksgiving. My favorite part was sinking into the comfy mattress with the soft duvet at the end of day. The apartment was so cozy and comfortable with great decor. We loved the electric fireplace and the well stocked kitchen. A perfect place for two, hope we can stay again.
