Monthly Rentals in Checotah

Richard and Becky's place was a lifesaver while moving my mom from south texas to northern arkansas. We needed a quiet, safe place to park a large uhaul and a car, which it was. The unit was clean and very well stocked, and we had a great night's sleep. We heard the trains nearby (which was cool) when we were outside, but could barely hear them inside. There was a lot of standing water in the dirt parking area, probably from melting snow. We found a dry spot, though, and it was not a problem. Highly recommend Sallie's Cafe, just a couple miles away. Awesome local farmers gathering place for breakfast!, with great food and super friendly staff.

We had an amazing stay and enjoyed this place so much! The campfire was definitely the highlight – perfect for s’mores in the evening. The accommodations were cozy, and the host was very welcoming. Would love to come back again! Highly recommend!

Victoria was very responsive and helpful. The home was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

It looks a little rough on the outside, but this is a beatiful place to stay. Very well kept on the inside, very updated and very clean. Would 100% recommend. Problems with booking were ran into but the host accommodated very well and was very understanding and helpful. Overall 10/10 visit.
