My stay at Dana's place was fantastic! Dana and Alexander were great hosts - super helpful, very responsive, and they worked with me for my early arrival. The location of the Airbnb was perfect - so many great locations were walkable! I would definitely consider staying again the next time I'm in Nashville!

We have now stayed twice here with Brenton and Nolan they are wonderful hosts! Would highly recommend booking with them for your trip!

This is a prefect location if you want to be near Bridgestone arena or Broadway. You can walk or easily uber to anywhere you want to be. The Latch app that is used for checkin and access to everything was extremely easy to use.

We enjoyed our overall stay at this place. The neighboring apartments do tend to get loud at night despite the quiet hour times which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep past 1am. The building does have a bit of a smell on the hallways but it’s manageable.

Stayed for a month, and in that time really appreciated the location (walkability to Vanderbilt Medical in my case). Close to some solid food options. The residence itself is well-updated, true to pictures, and I appreciate the front/back access. Frankly, it was easy to feel at home here. The host was responsive, friendly, and I could tell was invested in ensuring my month-long stay met a high standard. Otherwise, the host was out of site out of mind with clear instructions provided about entry. I am thankful for this place.

Beautiful place, walking distance to APSU campus and downtown

The apartment was clean, comfortable and within walking distance of many places. He even had it ready early for us to get in when we arrived. Zach iprovided clear check in and check out instructions, and is very responsive to messages. We would defentily stay there again if we reutrn to Nashville.

This house was exactly as described and the photos were accurate. We felt right at home. The fully fenced in backyard was super convenient. There were NO breaks in the fence, which we've found is pretty common at other stays. Very thankful for that! The house is located within a minute or 2 of just about any store or restaurant you could want and is within 10 minutes of Warner Parks, a beautiful nature park with lots of activities. We would definitely stay at this house again!

From traveling to entering into a paradise of a serene country home full of family history of love. Alicia provided this oasis for a wonderful family experience with memories to remember. If you want a serene country setting with amenities 15 minutes away.. This is a five star! Not only did Ms. Kitty who greets you only outside, you may see deer in the yard exploring! Will definitely come back!

Our family was there for an extended family of 32 to celebrate our Thanksmas holiday. Alot of us travel from WV, MS and West TN so being within two miles of family was awesome. Each night we were there it was well after dark before getting back to the cabin; but the cabin was well lit with the porch light & motion lights. Made finding it in the dark easy and reassuring. The cabin was very well decorated and we felt at "home." Bill was very responsive and helpful. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The views are spectacular & it is close to restaurants & shopping in Dickson, as well as, White Bluff. We would definitely recommend this cabin and would love to book with Bill again; maybe for next Thanksmas as well. Great location and it was well worth the money.

We had a wonderful family holiday at The Flying Pig. The house was beautifully furnished, comfortable, and peaceful. We spent our evenings relaxing on the front porch, enjoying the sound of church bells ringing in the distance. It truly felt like home. While it’s a bit of a drive to shopping and events, that’s exactly the escape we were hoping for!

This was a great stay for us. The house is open airy and bright and most importantly, very clean. It's located in a family type of neighborhood which felt very safe. You can be at a number of large gas stations and several restaurants in less than 10 minutes as well as a small supermarket and Dollar store. The house is minimally but tastefully decorated which adds to the openess. Master bath has a great walk in shower with strong water pressure. If I could make one suggestion it's to upgrade a couple of the kitchen cooking pans but all in all this is a 10 of 10.

We were looking for a place to stay in the area and found this gem! April is a wonderful hostess. She supplied us with things to do locally and where to get something to eat. Her place was clean and quiet. It's the perfect place to unwind and relax. And that is exactly what we did! Any questions I had were answered promptly. I would not hesitate to book this place and with April again!

This was the perfect place for a Nashville getaway! It is 4 bedroom 3 bathroom, but two separate houses. It ended up working out perfectly. Both houses were extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need. The location was peaceful and beautiful. Only a 25 minute drive to downtown. Will definitely stay again if we come back.

Don was super helpful throughout the whole process! The condo looked just like the listing and the accent wall was great for photos. The sheets and linens were clean, and there was adequate sleeping place. Location was close to everything, and there was plenty of parking, even for three cars. Would recommend!

Everything was super clean & tidy!! The beds were extremely comfy and the check in/check out process was very easy/simply. David was very quick to answer and helpful with any questions I had. The decor/vibe was so cute. Would definitely stay again!!!

We were extremely pleased with this unit and our stay. Very close to alot of activities and tours. Much appreciated for having us as guests. And the wildlife off the back porch birds,ground hogs,squirrels were a added bonus for us. When we come back we will definitely like to stay here again..

CJ was an amazing host and this place was perfect for us! We were accidentally double booked by another host of an Airbnb. An hour after we checked in to our previous Airbnb, the host took our stuff out and messaged us that we did not have reservations. We had nowhere to stay to because of this. I found CJ’s Airbnb for a great price, booked it and within 15 mins after explaining our situation, CJ answered with confirmation and check in instructions! We got all checked in and were back to Broadway within an hour! The place fit its description perfectly and was a great location! I cannot recommend CJ or his property enough, literally saved our trip!

Liz, was incredibly responsive and took an extra step on a request I had. Her place is a easy walk to the Broadway area and the view of the river never got old. We definitely will stay here again when we return.

Great location but the train at 3:00am and the people pacing back and forth made it difficult for a restful nights sleep. But excellent otherwise!
