The hosts were great and always reached out just to check in and make sure things were going smoothly. The unit was excellent, spotless, great location, and well equipped for a stay longer than a day or two. The beds, pillows, and linens, were extremely comfortable. A couple things to know/keep in mind… the king room is directly across from an active fire station so get your white noise set up on your phones or bring earplugs. A better shower head in the main bathroom would be great (water pressure is lacking) and there are usually some snacks laid out in spots like this but there were none at this unit upon arrival. Overall a fantastic stay, great unit, and great hosts. I highly recommend this place if you’re coming to Nashville.

We really enjoyed the Burnham. We came to Nashville for the Amy Grant/Vince Gill Christmas concert at the Ryman and stayed 2 nights at the Burnham. The place is quiet and immaculate. The apartments are beautiful and had everything we needed. The Latch app was a new experience but the videos were very helpful with explaining how to use it. We felt safe and secure. The Burnham is close to everything! You can see the Ryman down the street and it's only a block or so to the Country Music HOF. We took Lyft to a few places we went because of the rain but would have walked if the weather had been good. I will DEFINITELY stay here if I return to Nashville!! FIVE STARS!

Fantastic stay! the apartment was even better than expected. Clean, spacious with super comfy beds and high quality linens. The host was responsive when we needed to contact her with questions and even checked on his because of an unusual snow storm during our visit. Would totally stay here again.

Perfect location for what we were there for! We walked everywhere. Renée was incredibly responsive and shared great recommendations. Next time we're in Nashville we will stay here again!

The house was very clean and tidy. Exactly as in the photos. Great location. The only thing I feel like commenting on is the lack of responses from the host, I wrote to her twice: the first time she responded after two or three days, the second time she didn't respond at all

Zach’s Place is incredible! From the pristine condition of the unit to the beautiful view of the Nashville Skyline… I highly recommend it for your next trip to Nashville. The on premise garage makes arrival & departure super easy. After that, if Broadway is your destination, it’s only a couple blocks away, so easily walkable. As a host, Zach is the BEST! His instructions are clear & concise including helpful hints. He is responsive, proactive & anticipates your needs. This is our second stay @ Zach’s Place & we will definitely stay here each time we come to Nashville!

We go to Nashville a couple times a year and this has been my favorite place so far it is perfect walking distance and listing matched up accordingly will stay again thanks!

This house was exactly as described and the photos were accurate. We felt right at home. The fully fenced in backyard was super convenient. There were NO breaks in the fence, which we've found is pretty common at other stays. Very thankful for that! The house is located within a minute or 2 of just about any store or restaurant you could want and is within 10 minutes of Warner Parks, a beautiful nature park with lots of activities. We would definitely stay at this house again!

From traveling to entering into a paradise of a serene country home full of family history of love. Alicia provided this oasis for a wonderful family experience with memories to remember. If you want a serene country setting with amenities 15 minutes away.. This is a five star! Not only did Ms. Kitty who greets you only outside, you may see deer in the yard exploring! Will definitely come back!

Our family was there for an extended family of 32 to celebrate our Thanksmas holiday. Alot of us travel from WV, MS and West TN so being within two miles of family was awesome. Each night we were there it was well after dark before getting back to the cabin; but the cabin was well lit with the porch light & motion lights. Made finding it in the dark easy and reassuring. The cabin was very well decorated and we felt at "home." Bill was very responsive and helpful. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The views are spectacular & it is close to restaurants & shopping in Dickson, as well as, White Bluff. We would definitely recommend this cabin and would love to book with Bill again; maybe for next Thanksmas as well. Great location and it was well worth the money.

We had a wonderful family holiday at The Flying Pig. The house was beautifully furnished, comfortable, and peaceful. We spent our evenings relaxing on the front porch, enjoying the sound of church bells ringing in the distance. It truly felt like home. While it’s a bit of a drive to shopping and events, that’s exactly the escape we were hoping for!

This place is a good location if you and your group need a place that’s close to Nashville without the constant hustle and bustle of Broadway. It was clean, getting into the place was pretty straightforward, and most of all is how quiet the surrounding neighbors are. I would say this is a pretty solid place if you’re wanting to do Nashville without breaking the bank on lodging.

Loved staying here for the holidays! Sloane was very friendly and met us to check in early. Great extras like snacks, water and bath products. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Had a little problem with a noisy heater the first night and we texted Sloane and she replaced it before we returned that evening. We’ll stay with Sloane again when we have Christmas in Springfield. Thank you!

Star was so kind to reach out through the app and text to make sure I had booked the correct night. That was really above and beyond and appreciated. The home was spacious and fully stocked with anything you would need. The checkout was easy which is very refreshing. We will definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place for a Nashville getaway! It is 4 bedroom 3 bathroom, but two separate houses. It ended up working out perfectly. Both houses were extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need. The location was peaceful and beautiful. Only a 25 minute drive to downtown. Will definitely stay again if we come back.

Don’s place was exactly like the picture. It was very quiet in the area. No loud surroundings. Neat, clean and spacious. Easy instructions to enter and closing details were simple and clear. I would definitely recommend and I will book his place again for my next visit. To see it in person was even better :-)

Great location, convenient to the stadiums and downtown activities. The host was responsive to our communication and the condo had everything we needed for our stay.

Super cute & comfortable place to stay outside of the Broadway. Loved the fun decor and that every room had its own bathroom. Great communication from the host.

This was a wonderful choice! We celebrated our wedding anniversary there and the location was perfect. Amy and Jarrod's place was very cozy and welcoming. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend!

Great location but the train at 3:00am and the people pacing back and forth made it difficult for a restful nights sleep. But excellent otherwise!
