Holiday rentals with a pool in Cheatham County

My family truly enjoyed the game room and made some new memories in there! My dad usually works a lot and to see him playing a game he apparently grew up playing and hadn't played in quite some time, having fun, not working, was wonderful! My teenager enjoyed the swings out back! The jacuzzi was perfect on a cold, winter night! Again, so many memories were made there. I love that there are two kitchens in the house. This helped us cookThanksgiving dinner much more quickly! The entire house was impeccably clean and I felt so comfortable there. I also love that everyone was able to spread out and have their own rooms and bathrooms! No sharing required! There were two fireplaces, blankets, etc.

a very comfortable stay for a large board retreat steadying planning weekend. the home was clean and beautiful. game room was fun. tons of beds with extra supplies in the closet. I have lower back and hip nerve issues and i slept very comfortably on the king upstairs. I bought a fan from nearby dollar general to run to help drown out noise. the bunk room downstairs does not have a door to close it off and the open floor plan means sound really carries. that's not a negative just something to help in planning. we really appreciated that the basics were stocked, especially some packets of individual pots of coffee grounds. we made several meals and had everything we needed for about 11 adults. it was winter so we were not able to use the pool, but it looked big and fun. easy checkout process! very grateful! suggested improvements: light switch in master bath, hot water for showers was an issue with that many people, books behind couch that I wouldn't want children to see.

This home was incredible. The amenities, the location, the views, just everything was beautiful and go convenient. We absolutely loved our stay. The home was very private and homey. The hosts were very friendly and helped us with anything we needed. Nashville was only 45 minutes from the house, and any type of fast food was less than 10. There was also a super cute and delicious coffee place that we loved. Overall it was an amazing trip and really hope to come back and stay at this exact place. It was a great experience and it was perfect for celebrating my 21st birthday. Totally recommend this place!

Dustin was a fantastic host and the cabin is beautiful and peaceful. We had our family Christmas there and it was a wonderful memory. A great experience!

Jenny, the host, was fabulous!!! My family and I (10 of us) needed accommodations at the last minute due to a family emergency. Though the Airbnb portal does not allow for same-day reservations Jenny worked with us and made it happen, even while we were on the road from four different locations across the country. This beautiful home provided our family a warm and peaceful respite during our difficult time. Nice and spacious is an understatement!

A perfect home for family gatherings. A fantastic great room for lounging. Very peaceful setting in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen well equipped. Lot's of space. Large dining room table. Open layout. We'll have to rent this home in the summer when the pool can be used. Just what the doctor ordered! Thank you Pam!

We loved the house! It was beautiful and spacious! He was very welcoming and also attentive to anything we needed especially due to the weather he made sure everything we needed was there. We look forward to renting it out in the summer!

My girlfriend and I and our families were in town for an awards show in Nashville so we wanted to find a nice quiet place to relax when not in town and this place more than lived up to that! It was a beautiful, quiet setting with an easy commute into Nashville. Grocery stores were only a few mins away so it was very convenient to stock up then come back and forget about the outside world. Dan and his family were excellent hosts. He was very responsive and friendly. He gave great recommendations for things to do in Nashville. The interior was set up beautifully and we felt right at home, which was needed after a 14 hour drive. I definitely recommend taking some time to get out of the water there and take in the nature. We cannot wait to come back again and again!

When I saw Mrs Amy’s old red barn I knew this was the place to have our New Year’s Eve wedding. After contacting & talking to her. She set me up with someone to officiate & pictures! Beyond helpful with plans. The place was a lot more than the description! Mrs Amy greeted us with a heart warming hug 🤗 there was a bottle of champagne & a white wedding cake! Bath bomb by the tub. She let us use her golf cart to go to the barn. Not because of the distance because of the weather. Her mom got me a blanket so I didn’t get cold 🥹 Our wedding and stay was nothing short of AMAZING!!! The bed really is the best (I had to check as soon as we got there). The hot tub/sauna/swim had to be one of the most relaxing experiences I have ever had! The tv was in perfect view to watch as you soaked. I can not express how relaxing and welcoming this place feels. Would definitely book again. (Maybe every year for our anniversary) Thanks again Mrs Amy for all your help!
