Monthly Rentals in Chaguaramas

We had some hiccups finding the place in the middle of the night, but after that, the rest of the stay was very enjoyable. The location has everything one would need for a long term stay and it's closeby to a cafe, supermarket and a few small restuarants. The pool is great to swim in, and although the tennis court could use a new surface, it's still useable. The host gave advance notice that the elevator might not work, but we were able to use the elevator during our entire stay. Overall, the host was very polite, responsive, and informative, and the place is great for those who need comfort, peace, safety, and options for convenience and wellness - at a good cost!

My stay at Michael's place exceeded all expectations.....Michael ALWAYS responded to whatever questions /requests I had. The accommodations were extremely neat...and well layed out. I definitely plan to do business with Michael for my next visit to Trinidad.......I recommend his place 100%............

Beautiful and Peaceful

The space was clean, very comfortable, easily accessible, walking distance from the Savannah. Very private not noisy very comfortable space. I would recommend a space for rental as well as I will also utilize the space in the future.
