Squeaky clean and so comfortable!!

Ari was an excellent Airbnb host. Very prompt with all our requests. The house was as described, very comfortable and clean. An extra large pool was a welcome item for everyone when we returned from our excursions every day. I highly recommend this property!

The boys had an amazing weekend celebrating here. Accommodations were fantastic and the host was responsive. Location good to get around all major areas of Tampa and st. Pete. 5/5 would recommend to anyone

This property was immaculate. Pool was warm and clean. Neighborhood so quiet, we really enjoyed walking around in the evenings. Traffic was light and very respectful when we walked. There was nothing at Gary's we did not find that we needed, including beach towels for the pool, what a plus! Prior to check in I had to correspond with Gary about some timing changes, and he promptly replied to my request. Yes we would stay again if we are in the area.

Very comfortable house with lots of amenities. Everything went very smoothly. Only a very small issue that was quickly and easily resolved. Highly recommended!

Very nice safe neighborhood. Easy to get to and close to downtown. Home was very nice and had all of the accommodations of being at home. Sunita did a great job of making you feel right at home. Would definitely stay there again.

Pros: spotless, hosts very nice and quickly responsive, quiet suburban street, comfortable bed, washer dryer, wifi worked great even with two on teleconference, has a garage where we stored bikes Cons: stairs have different riser heights which is odd and takes getting used to. ( There are handrails though which help); no kitchen table despite having space for one, no backyard table or furniture although there were two chairs in garage. Overall pros well out weighed cons.

I’ve booked Stephanie’s cozy studio on multiple occasions & will do so again in the near future. It’s cozy, quiet, and it’s in a great location with plenty of restaurants, views, and entertainment within a few miles from the property. It’s always very clean and well kept. 10/10 recommend

We absolutely adored staying at this studio! It was private, quiet, and relaxing! It was close to all the Disney parks and felt like we were right at home. I would definitely stay here again in the future! p.s. I recommend that you bring mosquito spray if you are going to be outside!

This spot was perfect for a quick stay! Would also be a great place for a longer stay, but it fit what we needed exactly! Loved the privacy it offered and of course the hot tub was incredible! We also loved the convenience of having everything we needed to cook a meal there. Overall amazing stay!

Everything worked out very well for our visit. Communication was excellent. I forgot to bring my granola bars and she had some available- very helpful. There were fresh eggs from her chickens but I, unfortunately, didn't take advantage of them! I felt right at home.

What a great gem! Love the location, the BEST possible area to be! The cottage is simplistic decorated, free of clutter and you feel right at home walking in! Will definitely be back at stay here! Chrissy as always responds within minutes of any concern or request. She hurried to clean up the property immediately after the previous guests had left so that we could check in early immediately after arrival in Florida due to our lack of sleep.

To begin, this home is beautiful. The pool area was our favorite part. The home is close to the opening of the community. You do hear some street traffic occasionally but it is not bothersome. There is a beautiful view of the golf course from the pool area. The home was stocked with all the basics needed for cooking and grilling. Publix is a short drive away, as well as other shops and restaurants. Overall, a very accessible area. Communication with the host was excellent. If there was a question or something needed, the host responded in a timely manor and took care of. The host and staff were pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend this listing.

Linda has a great space near tons of local eateries and shopping. Depending on traffic, getting to the local theme parks is an easy 30 minute drive. Two bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms makes it ideal for couples, friends, and families. The full kitchen is also a great benefit.

The property was a great location to house out-of-town guests for a local wedding— everyone really enjoyed the property. The descriptions were accurate and the host is friendly and responsive. Highly recommended.

10/10 would recommend this vacation home! Beautiful, spacious home with an awesome outdoor living area. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa as well as the outdoor dining/fire table area that comfortably seated our entire family. The kids really liked the game room. The beds and pillows throughout the home were very comfortable. Dawn was a great host and she has fully stocked the house with all the supplies you could ever need. Plenty of extra towels, blankets, pillows, kitchen items, etc. She even keeps it stocked with a few convenient snacks as well as essentials like spices, coffee, tea, dishwasher tabs, dish liquid, cleaning supplies, etc. There are even little baskets in the bathrooms filled with things you may have forgotten such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, Q-tips, etc. Since we were there around Christmas time, there was a cute little Christmas tree, stockings and a couple of other decorations around the house. She really has thought of everything!

This was a wonderful place for our family to stay during our trip to Disney. There is plenty of room. It holds a lot of people but doesn’t feel cramped at all. Plenty of space to enjoy and even plenty of space if someone needed quiet time alone. We also loved the amount of bathrooms in the house. The pool was great, the kids especially enjoyed it and the old people enjoyed the hot tub. :) A little hiccup with the pool heater which was rectified immediately. Although very annoying sometimes because of the children, the alarm on back sliding door to pool area is SUCH a great addition. We had a 5 yo and 2 yo with us and caught them a few times trying to get outside and the alarm immediately alerted us. The game room was a nice touch. Overall, just a gem of a place with easy drive to Disney. Would definitely stay again. My daughter just moved to Orlando, so may use again in future if we need to. Thanks so much for your wonderful hospitality.

Perfect location on Siesta Key. The condo was clean and well equipped. Check-in /check out was a breeze and Barb was very responsive. We will be back 😊

Can’t say enough about Nicola and her property. Our vacation started out rocky at a not so stellar condo. Thankfully we found her property and she was able to accommodate my family the very next day. The house is just as described, very spacious and clean! The location was perfect and close to many restaurants and shopping. Nicola was quick to respond to any of our needs. I will definitely be booking here if we are ever in the area. THANK YOU for being amazing!!

The house was just as described and perfect for our stay, Luis was very flexible, responsive, and communicated regularly with us. We were very happy with the location, very close to the ball fields we were visiting. We were able to relax on the lenai and in the pool....fantastic. Luis was a perfect host!
