Condo holiday rentals in Central Florida

The 2 bedroom condo was exactly as described. It was clean, well furnished and well maintained. We were in town for a major annual event and will be back next year. We are looking forward to stay again in this great condo.

The place was as described and the location was perfect. The views were great, couldn’t be any closer to the beach.Could walk to a lot of places to shop, eat or drink. The condo itself was very roomy and can fit 6 to 8 people easily. Comfy beds and couches and recliner chairs. Balcony was really nice to sit in the morning and late afternoon. The only thing negative that I can say is it could use some updating esp in the bathroom(shower). The guest room with the 2 beds could use some better cleaning, dust on the ceiling and lots of dust on the wall decor. Not the owners fault, cleaning company just needs to do better but I understand they don’t have alot of time in between to turn the unit over.But other than that the place was great and had everything you need. My husband loved the huge TV in the living room. Now he thinks we need one🙄 I would definitely book again in the future. Lisa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. View was beautiful. So peaceful. Philip was so pleasant and checked on us via text to see if we needed anything. We will definitely come back to this wonderful condo.

We enjoyed staying at Kay's condo. It was lovely, clean and well-stocked with all the necessary items for a short stay. I appreciated the spotless well-supplied kitchen, and the "beach closet" with beach chairs, boogie boards and even sunscreen. The unit was only steps away from the spectacular beach, and a short walk to the quirky "downtown" Cocoa Beach. Our only regret was not staying longer.

Great place! Condo was beautiful and clean with tons of space for our family. Walking distance to tons of attractions. We had a great time visiting Daytona.

This condo was amazing for our one week stay in Daytona! The beds were comfortable, the condo was clean, the furniture was great, and it had everything that we needed for our family of four. The location on the beach was awesome! Having the washer/dryer and garage for our rental available made things a lot easier for our stay. Ardina was excellent with her communication and responsive to all questions and information. We would highly recommend this condo for anyone who is planning on a family vacation to Daytona. David's place was absolutely amazing! We have never stayed in an AirBNB before, but the next one will definitely have big shoes to fill. David has everything you could want and more. The pictures matched exactly what we got. He had beach toys, beach towels, coolers. wagon, beach chairs. umbrella, and many other things. Kitchen had everything you would have at home. The only thing you will need to bring is clothes. Every time I contacted David before our vacation, he responded usually within a few hours. While we were there he answered almost immediately. I can't say enough good things about David's condo and him as an owner. Highly recommend! Watching the dolphins during breakfast was a plus! Thank you for everything David!

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

Absolutely loved staying at this Airbnb! It was a 5 min walk from the beach and 15 min drive to downtown st Augustine! Perfect location! The host was beyond amazing, I forgot something at the place and she was able to get it back to me which meant a lot to me! She was very friendly and kind and provided recommendations of places to go as well! The Airbnb itself was so cute and made me feel right at home! Definitely recommend staying here!

The place was just like the photos, very clean, easy to access and beautiful. I would definitely stay in this place again and the host, Todd was very friendly and responded very quickly. Thank you for the amazing stay!

What a great place to stay, right on Satellite Beach! The photos do not do it justice! Everything we needed was right there, including very comfortable beds, lots of pillows, well appointed kitchen, gorgeous TV's and a very strong internet connection. And the beach is just steps outside the front door! We will definitely choose David and Kelly's apartment again - hopefully for a longer winter stay.

Terri’s place was in a good location to Univ of Florida activities. Close to eateries and shopping. The place is clean, safe and cozy. Joetta

Sandra’s place is lovely! Extremely clean, comfortable, and well stocked kitchen and toiletries. She really has thought of everything. It was helpful having ziploc bags and containers for packing food on the go, spices and pantry essentials, first aid kit for a bandaid that was needed, fans for the bedrooms, etc. I stayed here for a girls weekend and the three of us would all highly recommend it!

The condo was clean, felt like a home and had what we needed. We were staying for Sunshine Classic volleyball tournament, and the location was walkable to OCCC. Near to Publix for groceries and some restaurants. Overall a good, comfortable place. Only item to point out is while Mattresses can be a very subjective item, did find the twin beds to be a bit on the hard side.

Host was fast to reply. Place was lovely. Convenient to all the activities we planned (baseball spring training, golf, beach and restaurants). Only issue was bedroom drawer was off track and host was notified and appreciated we let her know and will address. The jacuzzi jets were not working, but I wouldn’t hold that against the host. I would stay her again.

I loved the condo! I was able to work and enjoy Fort Pierce. The people were kind and the gated community felt safe and welcoming.

Great place! It was exactly as described. We loved the bathroom and the beds were a little firm and comfy. The TVs didn’t work with the streaming services but we didn’t mind because we were so busy visiting Disney World. The kitchen has one stove eye, but we brought frozen casseroles that we warmed in the microwave. Laura was very gracious when our daughter accidentally broke a plant pot. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay and plan to come back soon. The view is breathtaking. The condo is very close to Saint Augustine. The hosts were extremely accommodating and pleasant. They always responded quickly. Can’t wait to book this place again and have another relaxing vacation!

We had an excellent stay, very quiet condominium, perfect for resting after a day at the parks. The house matches exactly the photos, very well located. I recommend it to anyone who wants a safe choice to enjoy Orlando.

The interior of the unit was very clean and matched the pictures shown. The exterior of the building itself looked old, but don't worry - inside the unit was very nice! We would absolutely stay here again as it was a great value for our winter trip at $130/night after taxes and fees. The one disappointing thing was noise from vehicles outside, but there's no easy way to resolve that. It certainly was outside the host's control. 5 stars!

Great place to stay! It was a very safe community with nice extras and was pretty close to the beaches. So nice to have the extra beach supplies to go shark tooth hunting at Caspersen Beach. The condo was clean and spacious.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was close to the parks and was located in a very peaceful part of Kissimmee. Our host was friendly and responsive to any questions that we had. We didn’t get a chance to use any of the complex’s amenities, but they looked great too.
