The house and furnishings left nothing to be desired, everything was perfect all around. The communication with Cyrill was quick, straightforward, clear. An ideal place to spend (family)holidays. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful two weeks at Chalet Balu and enjoyed every moment - the peace and quiet up there is incomparable, the nature incorruptible and the winter landscape fantastically clear. The chalet is absolutely recommendable!

Very pleasant contact and quick response. We felt very comfortable. The flat was very spacious, modern and clean. In the terrace we were able to relax and enjoy the sun's rays. We will be happy to come back.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Sorico. Paola and her son Francis greeted us in a very friendly way and were quick to respond to inquiries. The apartment is very small (especially the kitchen and common room), but very tidy. The equipment with dish soap, soap, umbrella, clothes rack, baking paper, salt... was good. The two air conditioners were great! The pool, which belongs to the neighboring apartment complex, is very quiet with a magnificent view of the church. The location of the apartment is perfect. In just a few minutes you can reach the pizzeria, the bakery and the supermarket and of course the lake with large sunbathing area. All in all a good value and recommended.

We stayed with my friends for a winter vacation. Great location of the apartment and the possibility to use the ski bus to the ski center. The environment is quiet and I appreciate the great cleanliness. Perfect communication from Mattio. Would recommend!

The place was nice and clean. Two bathrooms were awesome.

Had a very nice stay in Flims for skiing. Apartment is very nice, clean, very well decorated. In the afternoon, sun shines on the balcony, perfect for the sundowner after skiing. Even beds were made and towels were provided. Jana is very kind and helpful and responds very quickly to messages. To the ski bus: ski bus stops 170m from the apartment ("Flims Waldhaus, Surpunt"). On the way back from the elevator, the bus often only goes to "Flims Waldhaus, Sumandedas", so you walk a little further (350m), but is no problem. In the morning and in the afternoon, the bus runs every 15 minutes, less often at noon.

Nicole has thought of everything and has taken care of every small detail to ensure a wonderful stay! A welcome gift of chocolates and local honey were provided and really appreciated it. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pans, utensils, drink ware and dinner ware. Paper towels, sponges, soap, cleaning supplies, spices, salt, pepper, sugar and more were all provided. There were plenty of extra blankets and towels which is something unique and very much appreciated. Nicole was responsive to every message and was even provided us with converter plugs because we forgot Switzerland has different outlets than Austria and Germany. The apartment was just as pictured with plenty of space and comfortable accommodations. The apartment is on the lower level of the house and has a terrace that opens to a lovely flat yard. We didn't hear any noise at all from the upstairs or from the road. The house is a short distance (1-2 min drive or 15 min drive) to downtown Flims. Highly recommend!

A nicer place is hard to find around Como lake. Such a beautiful house and close to impossible to find a caring host together. It makes the most sense to stop looking for another place and book a place with great service. Thanks for everything

Cozy, beautiful place to stay. Super easy check in and out. There was nothing missing: two modern bathrooms, cozy bedrooms, washing machine/dryer, nice sofa corner, kitchen with everything you need, ski room. Shopping facilities are within walking distance. The gondola lift too. For the car, we solved a weekly ticket in the parking zone. We will be happy to come back!

It's a spotless place, ski in—ski out, right in the center of the shopping street. It is a very modern and cozy apartment. We've been to many places, but that one is definitely one of the best! Great Sauna, great hosts. We did not miss anything - parking space, ski room, next to the slopes, perfect kitchen, airy and great space! Thank you!

The accommodation (no. 1, ground floor) in a house with about 7 apartments plus associated infrastructure (ski cellar, leisure room, carport per apartment, garbage separation area, black board with information, laundry cellar) is comfortably furnished in the 80/90s style and above all very well equipped (and everything labeled); especially the modern kitchen (e.g. incl. Fondue equipment). Heating was warm and beds cozy, we didn't have to freeze. Images correspond to reality and everything is well organized. It is located 50 m from the Rhine and only a 5-minute walk from the thermal bath in a very quiet residential area. All necessary shops are also within walking distance.

A really lovely hideaway in a beautiful valley! Free parking available directly outside the apartment, and the views are spectacular. The apartment is super clean and stays warm in the winter. The shower is excellent! We cooked our own dinner for a couple of nights and found everything we needed - utensils, spices, napkins, etc. Elena was a fantastic host, explaining the local restaurants and sights to us. Everything about our stay was perfect!

The apartment is in a great location close to the ferry, and close to the central part of Varenna where restaurants and bars and grocery shops are. Also close to the Monastero gardens, and the path up to the castle. The apartment is large with 2 bedrooms, living area, outside deck area, kitchen, small porch, full bathroom. It is off the main street so is very quiet. At this time of year in November many places are closed so need to check what is open. The ferry across to Bellagio is well worth the trip with boats running almost every 30 minutes.

I recently stayed at Andrea's place and it was a fantastic experience. His home is not only beautiful but also boasts a breathtaking view! Andrea's responsiveness and willingness to assist with any request made the stay even more enjoyable. The decor was quirky and interesting, adding a unique charm to the place. big spacious apartment with all you need for a family's holiday, just 3 mins on foot away from slopes and very conveniently located with restaurants and shops. the apartment was very clean and even better than what shown in the pictures. Sandra was very helpful in meeting us for late check-in. The accommodation is very cozy, clean, equipped with all comforts and with a beautiful garden in the back. Unfortunately, our stay only lasted one night, but if we were to return to the area we would certainly choose your place again!

Andrea's place is one of the best airbnb experience we've had (out of 42 accomodations we've tried during last years). The apartment is new, spacious, very clean, well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything inside this home is fresh and new, place has some beautiful design touches, spacious wardrobes are super convenient, the bed is super comfortable. The mountain and lake views from the apartment are fantastic. The parking slot is a great benefit too. Just 5 minutes drive from Andrea's place located a start of a very beautiful path along the lake. In the recommendations/tips book made by Andrea, we found plenty of hikes, restaurants and places of interest. Thank you for hosting us, Andrea! You are an exceptional host, and your place is just terrific! We definitely come back again.

All that you need for an apartment in Klosters. Perfect location near the train station and Gotschnabahn.

Joelle is very responsive and kind. The apartment is spacious, bright, and well equipped. Perfect for a family of 4-5. Super position with easy access to many beautiful hikes (some start exactly from the apartment e.g. Rocabella or Pass da Sett), lots of tranquility, and a quick drive to more populated Engadin and Surses.

Very satisfied with the place and the friendly hosts. There is nothing to complain about . We will definitely come back!
