Monthly Rentals in Cedritos, Usaquén

We stayed at Laura's place for 4 months and we had no major issues with the apartment or the building. we rarely had to reach out to Laura since there are security guards that can help with basic issues on the property. bus steps were close by along with a nice mall and restaurants. I would reach out to Laura again if I needed to stay in this area in the future.

Everything was excellent, 👌 a very well equipped and furnished apartment, everything was as it was in the photos, it is cozy and is located in an excellent area. The building is very safe I felt right at home because it doesn't need anything, everything works and it's very comfortable. 100% recommended

We stayed in Andres’ apartment for a few months. The apartment had everything we needed. Clean and spacious in a nice secure area, 2 to 15 minutes walking distance of any amenities someone may need, restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores, park, … and a few shopping centers 10 minutes by car. The building is a new construction, with gym, security 24/7 and a nice terrace with a great view, especially on sunrise/ sunset. The host, Andres, was very helpful and communication was easy. If we go back to Bogotá, we will try to stay in the same place if available.

Very welcoming with very good service, I recommend it.
