The place was great. Laura was very helpful and answered all my questions, and was very responsive. The location is in a beautiful, safe area, and the security guards are pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend staying here!

Julian was very nice and response. He was very understanding when I had an issue at check out (which was my fault) and helped me resolve the problem quickly. Great location walking to tons of restaurants. I recommend the ajiaco for lunch at the little soup place next door.

It's small but enough for 2 people and a short stay. Check-in was very easy, all autonomous. There was good communication. The value was a little high, but because of the platform payment.
