Randy and Mysti were outstanding hosts. The space was clean, tidy, and comfortable. They provided hot chocolate and coffee K-Cups which was a very pleasant surprise. The check-in and check-out process couldn’t have been easier!

We Stayed With my Fiancé at AVE for 7 Days, And If you look for a place thats safe A good deal for Money and far from all of the noice of the Manhattan AVE is a great option. We came to Visit NYC predominantly and were commuting every day with a Buses, The stop is just 6 minutes away by Walking so it was pretty easy to access New York ,The Premise was very clean, Had a Nice coffee downstairs, a Big Grocery up close and a very friendly staff . So Overall it was an amazing stay and if We are going to Visit NYC we would definitely come back to here.

Cozy, charming house checks all the boxes. We felt very comfortable and appreciated all the things available to us like paper products, spices, coffee, tea, air fryer, microwave, duralogs for the fireplace, linens, shampoo/conditioner and washing machine/dryer. We would definitely stay here again!

A very comfortable and tranquil place, a home away from home. Had most of the amenities that is necessary for extended stay as mine was. Host was very courteous and responsive when I needed a coffee machine, a necessary item for a home. Convenient location with a car parking space was a plus, as the on street parking is not available overnight and no parking garages close by.
