Monthly Rentals in Cauayan City

Vivian is like my first Filipina Tita! She was very nice and accommodating. The unit was very clean felt and I felt at home. Was able to meet one of her family members and he was very nice. Unfortunately when I came it was just in time for a Typhoon and there was no electricity and Vivian expressed concern to me which made feel good about booking with her shorty the electricity came back and all good again. I will will definitely book with her again upon my return.

The place is a guest house on the property of the hosts. It was well stocked and comfortable plus still felt private. The hosts were on hand to answer questions or assist us with whatever we wanted and were extremely friendly. The pool was amazing and despite the family having a night together they still went out their way to enhance our time with switching on pool water features and light changes. Plenty of comfy beds and a good bathroom area with hot water. Outside cooking area was available and looked well stocked. Couldn’t wish for more, apart from having a longer stay there. Highly recommend.
