Troy was an amazing host! Super responsive and just an all around great person. He allowed us to check in early and leave our vehicles in the driveway past our check out time. We loved his house as it was the perfect location for ATV riding. We had a wonderful time! Rode our ATV's from the house to the trails that are endless. The house was perfect. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything there to make your meals. We really enjoyed the fireplace in the back yard gazing up at the beautiful stars! Troy even allowed us to store all of our ATV's in his garage. The people in the area are very friendly and we felt very safe staying at his house. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place that is perfect to relax at after being out on the river with your family & friends. Very close to Topock Hotel boat launch.

Second time staying and will definitely be returning. Easy check in and comfortable living space.
