In the kids' words, this is the best Airbnb they have stayed at. The photos online did not do it justice! It was an excellent size for 4 adults and 4 children, with a perfect view and a large entertaining deck. It is also walkable to the beach, flagged area, creek, park, cafes, and restaurants. Jo and Graham have thought of everything. Not only did they leave very generous hampers filled with breakfast and nibbles, but the house is also well equipped with kitchen condiments and bathroom and laundry essentials. I have no doubt we will be back to stay again.

The house was perfect size, amazing layout, stylish, and had everything we needed. Danielle, the host, was incredible—her thoughtful extra touches made all the difference and truly made us feel at home. We had an amazing time and will definitely be returning! Highly recommend!

Natalie’s place is lovely - the pics don’t do it justice! It’s spacious and comfy, with a gorgeous backyard and pool. It was easy to find and a short walk from cafes and the Sunday market out the back gate. We stayed here for Bluesfest and it was a great place to relax after long days at the festival. The place was clean when we arrived and a welcome bottle of Prosecco was a nice touch :)

We had the most magical 5 night stay with our family at the Seahorse beach house! The house is absolutely beachfront and you could not ask for a more picture perfect view. Waking up every morning to those rolling waves was incredible! The house has everything you need for a great family holiday. We loved how much space there was to spread out. And my son especially loved that there was a trampoline with an ocean view to enjoy! He spent hours jumping on it! Ross and Hayley were wonderful hosts and gave us lots of local recommendations for restaurants including the 2 surf clubs which are only a short walk away. We would not hesitate to book this property again and cannot wait to return!

A Perfect - Peaceful - Paradise A home from home. Cant wait to book this home again. We were 12 people ages 2 to 62 This was the best Airbnb we’ve ever been in. 2 minutes to New Brighton beach 5 minute drive to Christmas Beach. Both are stunning beaches for an early morning walk or swim. The house was homey, comfortable and more than large enough for so many people with its 3 different sitting areas. A well equipped kitchen, my husband loved the coffee machine. The pool was perfect to take a dip after a busy day. Tina was an incredible host. Always available to answer any questions or fix things. The dishwasher broke down a new one was delivered the next day now that’s impressive. Nothing was too much trouble. Anyone staying in this home will have the best time.

Wonderful location in Mermaid Beach close to great cafes, restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Kids loved the pool! Rob and Gigi were extremely accommodating and great hosts, loved their local recommendations for eating out too!
