My wife and I had a great time in Ca' de' Lina. Very responsive and helpful host. Very cozy, clean and equipped: efficient and easy to regulate heating, large fridge and freezer, oven, kettle, coffee maker, mixer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, clothes rack inside the apartment and outdoor rack, relaxing sofa, large cabinets in the room and drawers in the bathroom, spacious shower, large terrace for exclusive use with table and chairs. Everything is new and attention to detail. The bed is slatted with a rigid memory mattress, two pillows per person (one soft and one harder). Secluded location, it is necessary to be equipped with your own car that can be parked on the street (free, there were not many cars so we did not have any parking problems). Since we stayed in low season, we really appreciated and found the correct 25% discount on the price.

I've rarely found a home with everything you need: from the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedrooms. Pleasant stay, although unfortunately short for limited time available, used as a starting point both to visit the Gulf of Poets and for the northern Tuscan area (Pisa). The host, Massimo, was very friendly and helpful.

Definitely a great deal! Michele is a great host, always easy to reach, always ready to help. He gave us great tips and answered each of our questions. The place is great, beautifully decorated with pottery and - most importantly - it is clean. The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would come back any time.
