Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Carpinteria City Beach

Was exactly what me and my wife needed for a short wedding weekend Place was clean peaceful, cozy, Would stay again.

We had a great time and Maxcy’s lovely beach house was perfect for our stay in Ventura! The home was very well-appointed and there were so many thoughtful extras to make our stay comfortable (extra towels and blankets, etc.). The neighborhood is very quiet. Maxcy was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Thank you so much!!

We had a wonderful visit over Christmas - the home was nicely decorated for the holiday. There was a major windstorm while we were there, and owner was kind enough to check in to make sure all was well. Everything was very clean and as-described, nice bedding and linens. Thank you!

The perfect house for our family to spend a week over Thanksgiving - the dining table was large enough for our big group - kitchen had ample counter space to cook turkey dinner, the family room and den were perfect Tv and work spots and the outdoor space was ideal! We would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

The location is fantastic and the outdoor spaces are great. The bathroom being in a bedroom is not ideal, but the place was exactly as described. Christine was communicative and check in was easy. We would stay here again.

Thank you, Grady, for offering such a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view! The openness of the living area, the different outdoor areas to gather together or just relax alone quietly, and the dedicated office area made our stay the perfect place to reconnect and visit with family we hadn't seen in awhile. The house was very clean, the beds were really comfortable, the kitchen has a great coffee maker and the ocean view from the dining room was beautiful. We especially loved the surfboard table in that area. We can highly recommend a stay here!

We had a great time staying here. The hot tub was a huge benefit and we liked having two individual units. Everything was very clean and Kristy was super responsive and helpful

We stayed here for a few weeks with our dog and our toddler. It was great for us! The neighborhood and neighbors are friendly. It is close to downtown Ventura, which is nice. The Avenue isn’t known for being the nicest of places, but Jessika made her house very safe, comfortable, and updated. I’d stay here again.

Wonderful place! A separate unit among others, own entrance, patio, only shared item is the parking which is gated. The house was nice and close to the beach.

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

We overall had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Maureen’s place. There place has so many wonderful small touches including a very sunny bathroom, a lemon tree, 5 minutes to downtown, 7 minutes to nature preserves, and overall a well stocked home. Maureen was clear and prompt in communication throughout our stay, and truly a kind compassionate individual.

This is my fourth time staying at Sandy’s place. (And I’m coming back again next month with my daughter and friends) I stayed at two different t locations prior to this, but when I found Sandy’s place, this was the only place I want to stay when visiting Santa Barbara. It’s charming, comfortable, beautifully decorated and the location is ideal. (Very close to the beach as well as State St.) I highly recommend it.

Great location and stay in Ventura. Close to downtown (~10 min walk) and Channel Islands pick up point. The hosts were communicative and everything was exactly as described. Would recommend for anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Ventura.

I stayed at Azul’s place for my birthday trip with my family. Her place was very clean and peaceful, felt private as well. It was easy access to downtown Santa Barbara. We usually stayed at a hotel but we liked the airbnb better with a little child!

Loved this spot! Easy to find, simple check in, super cute and clean - everything you need! We got lucky every time we came back to have at least 1 of the 2 parking spots open but there is ample street parking and it’s not far at all. Easy drive to and from SB or Montecito where we spent a lot of our time. Highly recommend this place :)

Julietta and her apartment were an absolute delight! She is so incredibly kind and thoughtful, and the place was the perfect place to land while looking for housing in and around Santa Barbara. 10/10 would recommend to anyone staying in the area for business or leisure! Jane’s place was very comfortable for our 10-day stay. The light was lovely, the kitchen easily accommodated two people cooking together, and each room was larger than I expected, vs. many airbnb rentals that are smaller than you expect based on the photos. It is an easy walk to a great produce market that has everything you need, Stearns Wharf, a delightful zoo, a bird refuge and of course East Beach. I took advantage of beach yoga there. Reunion kitchen at the CaBrillo Pavillion was very convenient and the food was quite good. Great latte!

Loved location. We did buy a few foil 9 x 13 pans to cook in. Plus I bought some of my own favorite kitchen tools. I did buy a smaller cutting board. But the kitchen had several items.

Comfortable home, extremely clean, safe neighborhood. Short walking distance to upscale grocery stores, casual dining, bagels and Starbucks. Safe for walking, with nearby view nearby of the ocean. Short drive to downtown historic Santa Barbara.

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here! This condo is very clean and perfect for a little beach getaway! Decorated beautifully! I would recommend this to anyone looking into getting out of town for a few relaxing days!

We stayed there on our way back from LA to San Fran. It was an absolute surprise. Shamim is truly a super host. And the place was a gem. It was neat and clean, and everything was provided. Instructions were very clear and had a keyless entry. Dedicated parking was a great convenience. The absolute best part was the private access to the Beach. And the beach was gorgeous and expansive—a large flat swath of fine sand land all to yourself. It reminded me of the Copa Cabana beach section in front of our five-star hotel in the early morning when there was hardly anybody. The waves were gorgeous, and one young girl attempting to ride them in the distance. Shamim also recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood, which turned out to be great. Pacific Grill was great, and American Pizza, a few miles away, made our kid's day. Reasonably priced.

Can't say enough great things about this Airbnb or the host! Check in was easy and Autumn made everything so smooth for us! She was detailed with her instructions and very responsive. The airbnb itself was fantastic!! It was spotless, clean, best location, great views and walkable to anything you need. I will definitely be staying there again for all future Santa Barbara locations! Highly recommend this airbnb!

I had an amazing month-long stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The kitchen was very well stocked, which made preparing meals a breeze, and the outside seating area was such a lovely space to relax and unwind. The hosts also thoughtfully provided beach supplies, which made our time by the water even more enjoyable. The space itself was incredibly comfortable and felt like a home away from home. The hosts were communicative and quick to address any issues that came up, ensuring we had a smooth and relaxing stay. I truly appreciated their hospitality and attention to detail. I hope to return one day and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone considering a visit!
