Flexible check-in with electronic lock. The hotel is in front of cinelândia beach (5 minutes walk) the apartment is spacious and contains all everyday utensils (iron, cutlery, glasses, plates, microwave, etc). All very clean and organized. i recommend the stay and I will come back more often

The accommodation in Carlos's property was excellent. The property itself is even better than in the photos. In everything one can notice the care of the owner in building and furnishing a cozy, functional and tasteful space. Some positive highlights were: 1. The presence of plants and green spaces very well cared for in various parts of the house. This makes the place much more pleasant; 2. Good quality and clean linens; 3. Comfortable beds, with large smart TVs and air-conditioned in all rooms; 4. Outdoor pool, patio and exceptional barbecue area. Guest points of attention are: a) Pay attention to the presence of stairs in the property for access to the rooms (it is not a dangerous ladder, but should be taken into account in the case of the elderly and children). b) Pay attention to the fact that the pool does not have a staircase with a handrail for entry and exit (I did not find it problematic, but it may be for people with limited mobility).

Comfortable home, well equipped with everything, I felt at home, pleasant environment, and Mr. Ewerton always attentive, and helpful. Super indico I will come back more often.
