Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Carlsbad Village

Helen's home was a perfect fit for our family trip to San Diego. The house was extremely clean and well stocked with all of the basics that we needed in the kitchen (spices, zip lock bags, condiments, etc.) and the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, body wash). The beds were all comfortable and all were well made with extra blankets and pillows. The living room areas were cozy yet functional. The hot tub was a wonderful way to unwind after running around all day - it was hot a ready to go for us when we arrived. Helen was very responsive and communicated well with us before and during our stay. We would love to stay here again! Bonus tip - There's a Dry Bar and Sephora in the shopping center down the street if you need to get hair/make up done for an event. We were in town for a family wedding and it was nice treat for us to get our hair and make up done.

We enjoyed our stay at Peter’s place. It was well located for our needs and provided us great access for sight seeing. The space was accommodating and welcoming for our group of 6!

I was very pleased with the house and its condition, location, cleanliness and ease-of-use. Rosa was super responsive when I had a wifi question and everything else was super smooth. Definitely one of the cuter airbnb i've stayed in too!

Definitely five stars! We enjoyed our stay in old Poway very much. The property was very clean and had all the amenities we needed and as described in the description. The property was private and quiet. We were in walking distance of the parks and businesses in old Poway. The host was very responsive to all my questions including concerns regarding the entrance to the property in light of a disability of one guest. We would definitely like to stay again for our next visit to Poway and Southern California.

This was our first visit to southern California. We had a great time. This house is larger than it looks in the pictures. The beds were very comfortable. The house and the decorations were very stylish. The large deck was perfect for relaxing in the afternoons after lunch. They had a fire table but we didn't have time to use it. Of all the places we have stayed, my wife commented that this place was the cleanest.

We were thrilled to see that the pictures were exactly what we had. We enjoyed being in the back yard the most . Lots of splendid views-mornings and at night. Playing corn hole, a quick soak in the hot tub, running around & playing with our pup and just enjoying the weather outside. The master bedroom was perfectly comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked! Quiet neighborhood. Accessible to free ways just minutes away. Home away from home!

We had a great time on our Christmas vacation in San Diego. Laura was an excellent host, always providing a quick response to our questions and offering recommendations for sites and activities in the area. The place was clean, well organized, and with a well appointed kitchen for preparing and eating meals. The location is great, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. The neighborhood in Pacific Beach was quiet, and close to all the major attractions in the San Diego and La Jolla area. I would definitely stay here again if I plan to vacation in San Diego in the future, and I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

Our stay at Jonathan's place was great. Unit was clean and AC is available. We had an issue with the front door lock. Accidentally, we locked ourselves out. I got a little worried amd anxious because we had our 4 yeard old daughter but Jonathan was super responsive and came to the rescue no more than 30min later. Overall it was a great stay. Super quiet at night.

Stayed for the weekend and had a great stay! Very responsive host and helpful with my later-than-normal check-in. The unit was within walking distance of a couple coffee shops and bars/restaurants. The beach was right across the street, but it was a little chilly for a dip in the ocean. Great location in between downtown and north county to hit whatever hotspots you’re looking for!

Stan was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Condo was as described and easy straight forward instructions. Beds were very comfortable and extra linens were nice to have.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. We highly recommend this beautiful cozy place to stay!

The apartment was exactly as advertised. As travelers know, this means a lot when pics match the reality! It had plenty of space, it was clean and comfy. Pretty much anything you could ask for in house appliances, private parking, extra streaming services etc. It was a good stay and wouldn't hesitate to book it again!

The furnishings in Aaron's place seemed almost new. The set up of two bedrooms and two bathrooms worked great for us. One bathroom is accessed from the living room and the other is off the second bedroom. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks, Aaron!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend. The hosts were friendly and kind; the location was perfect and walkable and the price was very fair for the property. We will definitely be staying at Peter's again!

A BEAUTIFUL home, an AMAZING view, everything you need and a lovey winery 5 minutes down the road - need I say more? Phyllis was very responsive, respectful and very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying in this Tuscan beauty and hope I get the chance to do so again!

This home exceeded all my expectations! Everything was perfect for a group - from plentiful towels and outlets, lots of seating, VERY clean and super cozy! - This house is so beautifully decorated, and the backyard is amazing! Just the perfect place to be with family and friends. Sebastien provided very detailed and clear instructions, was very responsive and friendly. I will definitely come back for my future family stays!

Life is about making wonderful memories for yourself and others. And Vita Bella certainly did that for us and our families. Sue and Dennis were terrific throughout our stay and were very accommodating to our requests. The property was outstanding from the house itself to the backyard oasis to the front porch sunsets. Absolutely stunning.

Just the perfect place for a relaxed getaway!

This place was super cool and much bigger than expected (when judging by the pictures). The downstairs "apartment" was a big hit with the teens. Its fairly secluded, which we like, but you will need a car to get to anywhere. Also, its on a private road which is closed in one end (the "left" or west end) but both ends still shows up when using GPS directions. So, when looking at a map make sure you come at the house from the right side (east), not the left (west).

Sheila’s beautiful villa was absolutely what we needed after a long exhausting day with two toddlers at Legoland. We had stayed at a residence before here so we knew the layout and amenities more or less. It’s exactly what we expected and more. The beautiful pools (with a baby friendly pool), the kids club, the beautiful views, the delicious on-site restaurants, complimentary fruit-infused water, the adorable stuffed animal seals for the kids, and more. We loved that the kids could stay in the living room. Sheila had provided two cribs that were already set up prior to our arrival. The check-in was super smooth! We communicated for days before our arrival and we felt really happy with everything!!! We loved the amenities and after Legoland, we needed a bit of luxury and rest for ourselves. Thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely villa.

This place is absolutely beautiful. it is quiet and peaceful, the view is gorgeous. as a side note it is handicapped friendly, single level, bathroom grab bar, no carpet.

We had an incredible stay at the avocado farm! The place was absolutely beautiful and exactly as depicted in the photos. It provided the perfect environment for our family to unwind and make lasting memories. We loved being able to cook meals together, play games, and even enjoy movie nights in the home theater. The privacy was unbeatable—having our own space to relax and enjoy the stunning sunrises and sunsets was a real highlight. The location was ideal, with just a 20-minute drive to shopping, restaurants, and activities. The rooms were spacious and filled with natural light, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax. We also made great use of the outdoor fire pit in the evenings. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with everything you need for a fun and restful stay!
