Kostas’s condo was great! The location can’t be beat. Very close to the beach with a great walking path. The condo itself was one of the best Airbnb places that I have stayed in. The kitchen is amazing and incredibly well stocked. The adjustable beds are extremely comfortable. Kostas was very communicative and gave us lots of great restaurant recommendations, many of which are close by. I would definitely stay again!

Bathroom needs a little TLC to maintain it otherwise great unit!!

My stay here was great! It was very suitable for our needs and it was just as described. Instructions were very clear I would recommend booking here. The amenities were just as described and communication was great! The instructions were very clear and easy to find the lockbox/parking spot/room. We treated it like it was our home. The white noise and air purifier were a nice touch (I have allergies and trouble sleeping)

Amazing host, communicates well and was very responsive throughout entire trip. Home is extremely clean, well stocked and the overall community is safe for kids. Lots of amenities in the area, there is a great kids park, game area and restaurant on site. Assigned parking spot was a bonus. This is our top 3 Airbnb stays in San Diego. Cory was a great host—readily available next to the cabin and very responsive. This place had the features I needed during a wildfire evacuation: clean air, complete silence at night, decent internet for work, a Tesla charger, and a well-equipped kitchen. The only minor inconvenience was the water pressure dropping when the sprinkler turned on, but overall, it was a much needed refuge during a stressful time.

Ken’s place was amazing. It is such a quiet, safe neighborhood. It was like being at our own home away from home.

We loved this home so much, we came back for a 2nd time, to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday. This modern gem is beautifully laid out, with lots of space for a family. It offers breathtaking rooftop views of the coast and stunning sunsets. Diana was an incredible host; helpful and accommodating! We highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone seeking a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

Highly recommend this host! We are a family of three and truly enjoyed our stay. The location is very convenient, has an upscale feel, and boasts a pleasant view of the bay from the balcony. The home was clean and well appointed. We appreciated the ease of entering the home and the prompt responses from the host whenever we had a question. We especially enjoyed the kitchen appliances, layout of the unit, and thoughtful amenities/accessories which allowed us to save on expenses by eating-in and planning our meals out. The neighborhood is safe and we felt secure in the home. The host was proactive in making sure it met our needs and ensuring the pool was ready for our stay. The pool was quite warm and kept clean. This is a home we'd certainly consider renting again. The furniture in the living room is a bit worn, but quite comfortable, and there are TVs throughout. WiFi was easy to connect with and all instructions are clear and easy to follow. Don't miss out on this one!

This was one of our favorite places that we have stayed at! The location and walkability to the beach and a bunch of restaurants in the heart of Carlsbad is amazing. The outdoor space was super secure for our 3 fur babies and they enjoyed running around. My husband loved the warm outdoor shower after a surf. We loved watching the sun go down at the beach and then coming back to spend the night around the firepit! We got to meet Jim and he is a wonderful and welcoming host! Will be back soon!!

We had a wonderful stay! The yard is fully fenced giving our dogs the opportunity to run around and tire themselves out. Great bird watching from the deck. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook dinner and relax. Would definitely recommend!

Outstanding experience from start to finish! Look no further - this is ‘the’ place to rent!

Had a lovely romantic weekend here. It was peaceful and quiet and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook breakfast in the mornings. There were extra linens for the pullout sofa and the heater and air conditioner both worked great. Torrey Pines Stare beach was close by, as well as many lovely restaurants at La Jolla. The hosts were great at communicating instructions and there were amenities likes body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc. I’m a light sleeper and the space was very quiet. Overall very happy and would stay again.

Perfect stay for a family of four (two adults and two teen girls). Great location, close to restaurants, beaches, yoga studios, etc. Robyn provided perfect building and parking access instructions. The underground parking was convenient and easy to access. The beds were incredibly comfortable and fans provided perfect sound cancelling. A lot of extra linens, blankets, and towels provided. Really nice, spacious kitchen that was stocked with everything we needed, but still room for our own storage. Beautiful resort grounds to walk around - check out the gift store - really cute stuff. Thanks, Robyn! Will absolutely stay here again.

We loved staying at Leslie’s place. We used all the amenities - the pool/hot tub, the gym, the sauna! We walked the boardwalk and the pier in the mornings and the beach at sunset. The landscaping is wonderful and our kids enjoyed feeding the Koi fish. The unit had just what was needed to cook for our family of 4 and the Murphy bed was easy to use. We met some lovely people, both owners and renters at North Coast Village. We will definitely be back!

Awesome stay with awesome views. Didn’t get a chance to try out the pool but that area had the best views.

We had a good stay - the location was excellent, walking distance to the water and several nearby restaurants. Communication with Jackie was wonderful - she responded to us quickly and was very helpful. We enjoyed use of the hot tub when it was available. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have a washer and dryer on location and free parking.

The condo was very functional and we appreciated the views of the water , sunsets and sunrises . Location could not be better - staring at the bay from the balcony and a short 200 yards walk across to the ocean with its beaches and walkable breaker wall path that goes for miles . Lots of local restaurants in area and a $20 Uber ride to the rest of the Burroughs . So many great places to see . We enjoyed the Hop on/off that provided great insights into the history of San Diego , California's first city . We travelled the One Day Coastal Road Trip listed on the website. Make sure you stop at "Oscars Mexican Seafood" taco shop ( take out) . Beautiful vistas at La Jolla shores and Torrey Pines . Spend the $15 to drive up to the top of Torrey Pines and start your hike, walking the 1.5 mile hill will ruin your life lol. Favorite restaurant was "Butchers Cut" in Gaslamp , had the couples night 32oz Tomahawk . So much to do , so little time . Thanks Mike for being a great host .

Great place perfect for a family!! Very clean, lovely friendly host, and the staff at the Welk were super nice and gracious. I would stay here again with my family.
