I am very happy to meet Wilson.. we chatted extensively (without overt pressure totally voluntary on my part). Really cool insights I learned about the bio-environment of the estate.. That part alone, above and beyond everything else that was great, was worth the stay. Thank you Wilson !!!

A lovely place to stay outside of Cancun situated in a small woodland of Alan's land. A wonderful atmosphere in the home - welcoming & relaxed - I felt quite comfortable there from the moment I arrived. The kitchen is well equipped to cook in and there is a street market in the local pueblo where you can buy fresh fruit & vegetables daily. Alan is a warm friendly person - he collected us from the Airport which made our 'landing' even more gentle. The room we had is large enough for 2 people to share (one double and one single bed) and there is a small pool outside for plunging. We had a sunrise trip to the beach with Alan - an amazing shard experience. Thank you for being our first welcome into Mexico!

The place is a beauty very well according to the photographs, excess cleanliness of the place . untouched facilities, the only point to improve is that the day we went there were many flies and that will affect us the event . Exceptional customer service and communication.

A Super host, he helped me in everything and made it easier for me to live by doing me a great favor, very attentive and kind, thank you very much for all this villa is just as in the photos, cozy, beautiful, clean, and Super big to share as a family. Steal of a deal. It isn’t the Four Season, but that’s not what I really wanted either. Exactly as advertised, and it was perfect for us. The dogs were super friendly and that was a huge plus for us because we were missing our dog at home. We were able to make a few dinners at home, and have some sandwiches made for all our adventures, so it really went a long way to making it a budget-friendly vacation. I would 100% stay here again.

The place is beautiful!! If you want a cozy place to be in contact with nature and quiet this is the perfect place! We had a perfect time as a family. Rodrigo super accessible and attentive and Martin very attentive if we needed anything. At night the campfire caught us. We'll definitely be back.

We love the stay at this property. It's a quiet and safe place. Perfect for groups of friends or families. Great place to connect with nature. All areas of the house were spotlessly clean. The girl who received us to check in was very kind and was willing to help us as much as possible. Thank you very much Maribel for all of your help, you were an important part of making us all comfortable and safe. We'll be back soon!

Excellent tranquil la Rio esta de lo Better and very safe you can take children a very nice view and a very pleasant climate is very comfortable and spacious has everything it describes and more the very friendly and flexible staff come back and I recommend it to the 💯

Wilfredo's property was a perfect jumping off point. We were able to easily explore the South East, North East and near North West of Puerto Rico. We loved the windy roads and the picturesque views on the drives back from our excursions. The property was beautiful and expansive, the pool was large and warm and the cabin had everything you would need in a small but modern package. Our kids loved being able to explore the grounds, chasing lizards and trying to find evasive coquis. We're a family of 4, 2 kids and 2 adults and it was perfect. Six people or 2 adult couples may be tight. We appreciated how attentive Wilfredo was, he responded quickly and made sure we were doing well without ever being overbearing. We loved everything about it!

Very beautiful place. A little difficult to get to in a small vehicle but doable. Definitely worth it once you get there. Tons of entertainment options.
