The house of Mr. Francisco is spectacular! A charming rustic style, with antique but well-maintained furniture. The main highlight goes to the cleanliness: everything very clean and fragrant. I initially brought bedding as a precaution, but I was surprised – impeccable and perfumed sheets and towels. The atmosphere is extremely nice and the location, perfect! A few meters from a beautiful beach, with natural pools and the meeting of the river with the sea – a simply stunning look. I also had the opportunity to visit the Cachoeira dos Índios, a fantastic place to connect with nature. In addition, Mr. Francisco is very attentive, always responding quickly to messages and ready to resolve any issue. Simply fantastic hosting! We are all delighted with the experience. If you want to stay in Subaúma, in a rustic, clean house near the beach and with great cost-benefit, no doubt that's the right choice!

We really enjoyed staying at the house! The house is excellent, spacious and ventilated. It had everything we needed, kitchen utensils, microwave, etc. Everything was as advertised and met our expectations. Host Albert and his mother are very kind and helpful, always available to help, refer places or answer any questions. We loved the experience and will certainly be back. I highly recommend it!

Great apartment, very close to a club with a swimming pool. Access to the beach is at another point in the condominium, facilitated by golf carts. There was a long line and we walked, even with two children, a medium-long walk in the sun. There are other ways to get to the beach outside the condominium. The village of Imbassaí is pleasant.

The wonderful experience! Leila and Paulo are very attentive and have welcomed us very well. The chalet is beautiful, and surrounded by nature, the beach has an incredible strip of sand and we walk to the meeting of the river with the sea (tip of Leila and Paulo) very nice and beautiful! Thanks, we'll be back again for sure!
