Perfect place to enjoy Lake Orta from. Everything one would need in a place to stay. Lovely view of the lake and an easy stroll to “town”.

Very nice apartment, well organized and complete with everything you need to stay as much as you want. Easily reachable. Free parking outside the house. Very quiet and comfortable area to walk to downtown in 10 minutes. Highly recommended for a holiday on the beautiful Lake Orta.

We really enjoyed our stay at Franca's. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean, tastefully arranged. We felt really good there. It's well equipped. We did not enjoy the garden but it must be even more pleasant in the warm season. It is really very well located for enjoying the lake and Orta. Franca is very friendly , communicates very easily and responds quickly . We 100% recommend this listing.

We had a lovely stay, Fillipo was a kind host and we were grateful to stay at his beautiful house. Very quiet and peaceful, wonderful surroundings . Finding it was a little bit tricky but sticking to the small road in the bend, right behind the daycare centre ended up being very useful advice. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities one might need. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.
