Holiday houses in Carabao Island

We stayed in this same place last year and enjoyed it so much we came back. I'm a wingfoiler and this location is great for anyone into wind sports. the unit doesn't have a sea view but it's down a flight of stairs and 50m to the beach. I like that it's so close but also private and with the westerly facing it's not windy until you get out front. The unit is spacious with nice updates to the floors and backroom since I was last there. The onsite staff is friendly and helpful. One of the ACs stopped working and they had techs out within an hour and it was fixed later that afternoon. The unit is moderately priced compared to many others in the area and I think it's a good value for the location, spaciousness, and the quality of the finishes. I'll likely stay there again for my next boracay trip.

Five stars for everything. Our one-week stay was perfect for our needs. We felt at home right away and we were able to relax. We had lunch overlooking white beach on Boracay on one of the days but otherwise just took time out. The studio apartment is a good size in a modern building and had everything we needed. The air-conditioning is superb, cooking facilities and utensils are relatively new and the fridge/freezer is new with plenty of room. There is hot water in the shower and with good water pressure (make sure the pump is switched on) which gave us the best shower so far in the Philippines. Ana Rose and her team are great hosts and the on-site convenience store had most items we needed with vegetables available just across the road. We had a rental car and were able to park onsite. The view of garden and palm trees is very pleasant. Being in a small village and on the main road we did find it a little noisy at night especially dogs and local karaoke. Highly recommended.

Rinaldo and the staff at the Villa were truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, I was beyond impressed with how well they took care of me and my guests. Whether it was laundry, food, cleaning, or organizing activities, they went above and beyond to accommodate every request. Their attention to detail and genuine care for our comfort made our stay unforgettable. The Villa itself was immaculate—spotless every single day! I highly recommend highlighting this level of service in your ad because it truly sets this place apart. We were so impressed with every aspect of our stay!

Great place to stay for a peaceful vacation. As advertised, Diniwid Beach is just a few minutes walk from the property and Station 1 could be accessed from Diniwid Beach though a lighted pathway. The rooms were properly maintained, spacious, and clean. Basic toiletries and towels are also provided. Units with kitchen have kitchenware and dinnerware available for use. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The host was responsive to queries as well. Wifi is available, and the property is backed-up with a generator. Over-all, a place you can highly recommend.

This place was amazing and was really spacious. Me and my family stayed here to prep for my wedding and they all agreed the it was bigger than they anticipated. Definitely would recommend and stay at this place again. Mar our host was great and we had no problems with communications and even helped with private transfers so that we could arrive at the location safely and without any hassle. If you're looking to get away from the busy areas of Station 2 and want to spend time in Station 1 with a large group, this is the place to stay.

The staying was great. Lovely place few minutes away from a very nice beach. We booked Nonna’s House for 6 pax and got 3 different beautiful lofts. The communication with nonna was great so we could ask anything and we always got an answer and a solution. The housekeeper did a great job for helping with everything we asked. I would definitely book again at nonna’s House next time. It was a great experience with her. Thank you for everything.

Seeking a relaxing vacation, this home provided us exactly what we needed for quality family time. The grounds and the home itself were breathtaking. While the beach in front was a bit rocky for swimming, the compensating pool became a favorite spot for my kids. Anjie, the caretaker, enhanced our experience significantly. He is such a hard worker, keeping the grounds so beautiful. He assisted with transport arrangements upon arrival and facilitated private tricycles for our trips to Caticlan (just 10 minutes away). Additionally, you can find a shared tricycle at the end of the road quite easily for only 20 pesos per person. Caticlan has a 7-11 and markets for eggs and other cooking ingredients. For a larger grocery run, Boracay had ample options. Anjie's recommendation, Cafe Tribu (a 5 minute ride from the house) became a favorite spot for pizza and more. Wifi was occasionally spotty, but the fantastic cable TV package allowed plenty of entertainment for us. Thanks for a nice week.
