Monthly Rentals in Capraia Isola

I stayed a week in this one-bedroom apartment in August. Having triple exposure, it is very ventilated, thanks also to the blinds that allow air exchange even in the hottest hours and keep it cool. In any case, it has a fan, which I never had to use. Functional and well-equipped kitchen. The large terrace is the gem, equipped with clothesline and sink. Although the bathroom is small in size, container furniture and a shower are comfortable. Located in the village center is close to restaurants, evening activities, convenience stores and practical for any hiking and coves. The attic room has a mattress and pillows perfect for a sweet sleep and space for the wardrobe. The accommodation is on the second floor, with wide ramps and not strenuous even for the younger ones. It has beautiful views of the sea, the village, and the former prison area. Olivia is available, accurate and discreet. I recommend it and would go back.

Super comfortable apartment, adjustable heating at will (we were there on New Year's Eve, as a couple), very clean, equipped with every comfort and excellent books available. Spacious and cute bathroom. Impeccable kitchen with dishes, pots and pans and appliances at will. Surprising sofa bed: It has nothing to envy to an ordinary bed, perfect mattress, and pillows. Giorgia is very kind, very prompt and always ready to meet our requests. Located in the village, a short walk from the oven, the bar and the attack of all the trails on which to enjoy discovering the enchanting Capraia. Highly recommended (and we will definitely be back)!!

We had a great time at Monia's house! She was kind and very helpful, communication was quick and easy. Antonietta (who left us the keys) was also very nice to us. Highly recommended! We will definitely return to them the next time we visit the Capraia!

The Zenobito Apartment is very nice, brand new and very clean, small size but with everything you need to stay independently and peacefully. The kitchen and bathroom finishes are great (beautiful marble). Independent street access in the center of the village, during the time we stayed (early January) not at all busy. Free parking available nearby (about 150 m away). The owner Lucia was always very kind and helpful, she welcomed us not as guests but as friends. We hope to return to Capraia Isola and Apartment Zenobito soon!
