Monthly Rentals in Capo Gallo

This was easily my favorite AirBNB stay ever!! The host made and sent a lovely online book of places to visit, things to do, restaurants to try, etc! The place was super clean and felt very safe!

With nothing but mountain behind you, and nothing but Mondello bay and a good chunk of Palermo in front of you, it’s hard to imagine a better place from which to enjoy your stay in the area. The flat provides high quality fixtures, furniture and artwork and most of everything you need to cook and clean and enjoy the exquisite view. The village is easy to walk to in a few minutes and your choices of restaurants and grocery stores are many. The bus stop for Palermo is close by in the plaza, a 20 minute easy ride for under $2, and driving is not bad either considering it’s Italy! We found Mondello to be a great base for side trips of an hour or two, and there’s so much to see you could spend a month and not scrape the surface. The host Andrea is always very quick to respond to questions, and Fabrizio waited for us to arrive and showed us around and was very helpful. Yes, there are issues as with any home from home, and other reviewers have detailed them, but overall we were very happy!

Staying in this place is a pleasure, the apartment is wonderful, well-equipped, there is really everything you need. However, the most beautiful is the view of the city, which will be remembered for a long time. The place's morning coffee is pure satisfaction. The neighborhood is off the beaten path of Palermo, but even without a car, you can easily get to the center. Giuliano is a great host who will offer you local experiences, show you where the shops are and answer any questions! I highly recommend this place.

The apartment was lovely and clean with a nice view. It’s quite a walk down to the town so a car would have been helpful. Our host was very responsive and helpful with transportation to the airport.
