The property was exceptionally well-maintained, and the craftsmanship of the cabin was outstanding. Every detail spoke to the care and quality that went into building and maintaining the space. It felt warm, inviting, and incredibly comfortable. The location was serene, making it an ideal spot to relax and recharge. The hosts clearly put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming environment. Everything was spotless and well-prepared for guests. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a high-quality, peaceful stay in Yarmouth, this cabin is the perfect choice!

I usually stay in a hotel when visiting Yarmouth for work, but they were sold out and I stumbled upon this place. We were very pleased and felt right at home - much better than the hotel and we’ll be back! Very modern decor, spacious, equipped with everything you’ll need and very comfortable. Frank came and salted the deck of us when it was froze over. A1!

Gull Cottage is among the most enchanting places we've ever stayed. The cottage is super cozy with extremely well-thought-out amenities (everything we needed and much, much more!), comfy beds and wonderful views over the water. Patricia is an incredible host! The Yarmouth area is captivating, and we wish we could have stayed longer. 10 out of 5 stars! :-)
