A great place for a getaway in Erquy. The accommodation is as advertised, comfortable, clean, well decorated and well-equipped. It is very well located in Erquy, 2 steps from the beaches and a few minutes from the port and the city center. Nearby you can easily explore the blue lakes, the capes of Erquy and Frehel. The welcome is very pleasant, the communication fluid with good advice and a nice welcome booklet. Recommended, thank you so much!

Clean and suitable accommodation for our family of 5. Very quiet area, close to the beach on foot. 45 minutes from Mont St Michel. Presence of a 5 seater hot tub on a covered and gated terrace, well heated accommodation and possibility to make a flare in the fireplace in the evening. We didn't miss a thing . I would recommend it in a second.

A beautiful house oozing with historic charm. Right in the heart of Dinan and close to so many bars and restaurants, you are really spoilt for choice. We absolutely loved staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook!

We had a great week at this place! We really liked its geographical location ideally located between cancale and Mont-Saint-Michel, and with the many tips given upon arrival we were able to do everything we wanted in the best conditions. The accommodation is very clean, very well equipped including for children (high chair and umbrella bed in good condition), quiet at the bottom of a small street and easily accessible on foot to reach a waterfront walk. The only two small flaws we can give (and which are very minimal) are already given in other reviews: a strong smell in the toilets that are difficult to ventilate, and the absence of a dishwasher. But neither had an impact on the overall quality of the listing and our appreciation of the week. We even plan to go back if we go on vacation there. Thanks again!

Veronique place is really well thought and the ocean in nearby! It’s a beautiful area and we would love to come back! The games for the kids in the backyard were particularly appreciated!

We were pleasantly surprised by the self-catering accommodation. There were 7 of us including 2 children and our stay went very well. The accommodation is atypical, spacious, clean and well appointed, we all loved it. In addition, Franck is very welcoming, flexible and very responsive which does not spoil anything. We'll most certainly be back!! We recommend it without hesitation!

Beautiful cozy, cocoon and comfortable place where you can feel at home very quickly!! Armelle welcomes you with a smile and is very available, she is a great host. The neighborhood is very quiet but close to all amenities and the beach (5mn walk) Super comfortable bedding and 2 terraces without any overlooks including one sheltered for rainy days😅 In short, I fell in love with St Malo but also with this small accommodation, no hesitation to have, go for it!! As for me, I'll see you very soon😍

Beautiful stay spent with family. The interior layout makes you feel at home and with all the comforts. The kids loved the little room upstairs under the attic. Access to the beach is close and the shops (bakery, restaurants) around are great. Host is responsive and keen to host. We would recommend this listing.

Pleasant quiet residence and pool. easy access, close to tourist activities ( Mont Saint Michel, Cancale, Saint Malo...)

We had a pleasant stay, clean and nice house. Bed linens provided and possibility to have towels. Accessible pool ( provide children's armbands who can't swim because deep pool 1m55 ). Pleasant welcome, food truck present several times a week (fried crepes...). The only downside no airlock between the front door of the pool and the changing rooms and as the door was broken it had to remain open so the children were cold but it's really the only downside. Thank you for this stay , we will be back

We had a great week. The apartment is well located, very clean, very well appointed. Parking on the street and in front of the apartment free of charge. Le Sillon beach is about a 10 minute walk away. Thank you for your welcome, kindness and availability. We'll be there again.
