Despite the rain we had a pleasant stay in this rental where the setting was worked with care (furniture, light fixtures and heathered paintings). The children really enjoyed the treehouse and picked up the chestnuts from the large garden. We needed the fires in the fireplace that we especially love in the fall. For the rest, the rental is well located (close to the beach, site visits, rather quiet area).

The house matched the photos and description perfectly. Plus, it had all the necessary equipment and even more. The only small downside we could find is that it is missing a toilet on the ground floor, if no one with a disability, it is difficult to access it. Despite everything the house was very warm and beautiful garden space!

This house was simply great, you have all the amenities, fully functional kitchen with very nice living area, 3x large bedrooms and we just felt like home. There is a kids play area in the garden and kids enjoyed seeing the farm animals. Wish if we had more time to spend there. Highly recommend.

We had a great time at Elisabeth's place. This one is perfectly located, right in the heart of Dinard but quiet. The accommodation is very clean and functional, and very bright. We did not enjoy the small balcony as we went there in January but it is possible to have lunch there and it faces south. The bedding is very comfortable and the shutters and windows allow perfect insulation from noise and light. Elisabeth is a very friendly host and accommodating for schedules. We treasure this address because we will definitely be back. A big thank you!

Very happy winter stay. I was able to communicate easily with Julien before and during our stay. He was very good advice, always nice and available rather quickly! The space is really nice 👍 The view is beautiful (we miss it). The living/dining room is well laid out and spacious with two children and two dogs 👌 The kitchen is well equipped, even if the fridge is a little small, just get organized and it reveals its effectiveness. The bedrooms are upstairs and you can hear very little when you're downstairs so the insulation is good. The bathroom is functional and bright and having two separate toilets is important when traveling with others. There is a very nice game room downstairs and very generous by what it offers but we did not take advantage of it because we often go for a walk. Very beautiful corners nearby on foot and by car. In short, a really very pleasant stay 😊 THANKS JULIEN 🙏

Accommodation taken as part of a business trip. Weather conditions led us to make changes to our dates. Franck was very understanding and very responsive, very good communication that was very helpful! The listing is as described, we recommend it and we are already taking it back for another week:)

the house is warm, clean and pleasant has a friendly welcome despite a late arrival ,on Christmas Eve. a very good location of the house, including visiting Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel. thank you for this exotic stay. the only weak point is the lack of network,apart from that everything is fine ..
